I don't agree with this, surely Tohno isn't that low despite his technical nerfing.

Freaking Sion has been high forever, and definitely more scrubby than Shiki, if you ask me. I mean, her attacks have immediately visible potential and freakin easy corner crap since forever.

S: The players who don't care about the tier list
C: The players who do care about the tier list. 


Seriously if you want an updated tier list go look at an old tier list, read the version changes, and adjust accordingly.

honestly i never understood why people ever cared about tier listings.

some characters that would be listed top tier in some games are rediculously stupid to learn.

i say just play whats comfortable (or in some cases, what looks awesome.)

Some people try to play competitively too. Or at least keep up with the competitive scene and rankings.

There's nothing wrong with that. Tiers don't determine who I play (I actually hate tier whores), but I do care about them.

IMO Sion and Akiha are at the top of the list.... with Satsuki and Tartari right below them.

but yeah...giving someone a supercomputer doesn't make him a genious, the player is the more important factor in winning.

I hate brain-dead-easy characters that are top-tier, like 3s Chun-Li. I do like high-level characters like Kouma and Sion, though.

What I am interested in is an inter-character matchup chart. I'm curious to see if Japanese consider Nero x V.Akiha, or Aoko x Ciel to be unfair for one or the other.
