Also, about that roman cancel...
It's pretty basic.
Just have MAX while playing as F Moon, then when you do a normal, press ABC and it'll cut the recovery and you can just do another move after.
Doing this will pretty much just give you a normal heat bar rather than a blood heat.
Only way (To my knowledge) to get into Normal Heat as F.

Tried F Ciel today...
214A is a regular black key throw, tried charging it but nothing happened.
214B is three black keys thrown into the air. (Hi Sakuya)
214C is three black keys thrown downward. Meaning no EX for her 214.
236A is a quick fist jab at the opponents legs. (Hi Yamazaki)
236B is a quick fist jab at the opponnts head.
236C will do a fist jab horizontally, I didn't get a chance to actually try this on someone though.

623 is still blade sinker, and 22 is still ciel somersault, j.214 key throws still here,  her j.236 is still there as well.
I didn't get a chance to try out her dash junks though.

She has 3B in this form. That...kick thing...

F Ciel can just do like 2ABC 4C -> aerial blah blah as a bnb

Tried out Hisui & Kohaku today...and...
They have Heart Markers. Five of them. Each one stands for a assist use, if you use them all up and try to use an assist then the assisting maid will stumble and fall down...for a VERY long ass time.
Didn't get too much of a chance to test out the assists, but you can call assists in the air. FullMoon can do 236D to replenish markers. 

All H Moon chara's can do 6AAA.
So far I've only tried Nanaya's and Aoko's...
I only had a chance to try Aoko's one once. So I didn't get too much of a good look at it...
Nanaya's is like...
6A he will do a hook with his left arm. (Think it was his left?)
6A again will have him do a palm jab, kind of like what Miyako's j.B looks like in the air.
6A a third time will have him slash his knife, sort of like his 236 in F Moon...but when I did it pointblank I passed through the opponent and on to the other side.

If I wanted to get technical I could say that WASN'T a circuit spark punish because the throw came out BEFORE Akiha even CS'd. You hear the sound effect of a successful throw before the circuit spark. I'm surprised you didn't catch it.

And about the video I linked, Akiha was CLEARLY in her recovery frames of her CS so Nanaya doing it too late....I'm not buying it

Anyways, out of the 150+ matches that was uploaded on that account that video was the ONLY where someone threw someone out of a CS, the very last hit of an aircombo where they CS'd (Which again if I want to get technical it WASN'T a circuit spark punish) and out of those 150+ I've yet to see someone punish a Circuit Spark in its recovery frames. I've seen more proof of it either failing or even getting them killed (lol Ciel) than I have seen of it getting punished.

Basically I think its safe to say that from the videos we've seen so far that its impossible to punish an Circuit Spark in its recovery frames while punishing a CS like the video you linked is still not likely to happen as often as people would like it to.

After going to 8 different game centers today, I finally found a game center with an empty MBAA cab.

I tried to press 6C by itself, but all that came out was a 5C poke. So I'm guessing the only way to get it to come out is charging it up. So it'd be 6[C] I guess?

Anyway found out also that...(I don't know the name of it, I think it's Initiative Hit, I'll need to check...I'll refer to it as RC IH I guess)
The Roman Cancel  Initiative Hit for MBAA will work for Normals/Moves/Air
So you can probably come up with some funky stuff in Full Moon...what I want to try now is 236B 236B cancel 236B 236B or something dumb with F Nanaya lolol

Small combos doesn't necessarily mean small damage.  ReisF was doing a lot of damage without a lot of hits.  NeroF also was doing more damage in his C/H style counterparts regarding their normal HOA bnb.  I'm guessing either his normals are a lot stronger or they just prorate less.  MiyakoF also had some pretty sweet stuff involving comboing into flying elbow and comboing off of that. 

I'm guessing that we just haven't seen that much of F characters because of their massive difference in playstyle with no reverse beats and such.  In time more players will start to play them and we'll start seeing more interesting shit being discovered.
