There's already been a number of ways found to deal with auto-spark, such as simply shielding it.  It doesn't need to be punishable.

ok so after a bit of testing, i think this is when IH is allowed

an IH is allowed during the point of a normal or move that would be EX cancellable

so for example, the first hit of nanaya 623B can be cancelled into a EX or Arc Drive
so during this first hit, you can IH it

dunno, probably will try more, or someone else can clarify and test

it'll probably take a long ass time for it to be ported, look how long it took B2 to be ported to PC

They've been going at a rate of about 1 MB release per year.

2008 was AA, 2007 was AC PC, 2006 was AC PS2, 2005 was AC arcade, 2004 was Re-Act, 2003 was the only year without a release, and 2002 was vanilla. So we'll get a home AA release in 2009 probs.

The real question is: console or PC?
