A friend of mine told me that there are two new year screen in Act Cadenza.
One was the traditional Japanese style new year, he told me, and the other was Ren throwing fireworks.

But I haven't seen the other one yet :slowpoke:

I take no credit for discovering the original images though. The name escapes me, but someone snooped around the program and found those graphics in it.

I have however noticed that the "other" New Year's screen Nanako mentioned shows up after you let it play the intro movie (or let it do whatever else it does while idling at the title screen).

it's more likely they set their computer's date to 25 december and then 1st january to get the special screens.

I believe it was Master Chibi. He supplied the other screens that allowed me to rip what is now my current avatar.
