Does anyone know the proper way to add to the grey comments bar?  the header.ini doesn't seem to do it, or I'm formatting it wrong.

I think it's an encoding issue. The replays that come with game (in the omake folder) all have comments in them, but I think they're in Shift-JIS or something. No Unicode here I guess. :(
