I was wondering if anyone had animations of the MB stages. I have no idea how to use the Susie Graphic Viewer, so if anyone could please help, it'd be really appreciated.

Those are encrypted and also, are made of multiple pictures since Act Cadenza. With susie you only can view stages from Re Act.

Weren't the ReAct stages animated as well? I remember there being an option on whether or not you wanted the images in the background moving.

In Re Act, the BGs were pictures attached to each other, because the engine or something coudln't handle bigger ones. In Act Cadenza, the BGs are somewhat combined of the BG itself and animation sprites.

Both, but the overlayed images for the stage animations are done on a black background, and the game uses filtering to overlay those and make the black transparent, so tough luck trying to reconstruct them.

Not frames, pictures. A frame is a single state from an animation sequence. These are pictures with different sizes, resolutions, color depths and transparency settings, which are automatically managed by the game when they're used. Learn to read before you write.
