Started out in Re-Act with Arc due to OMG-I-Just-Finished-Arc's-Tsukihime-Storyline obsession. Moved on to Akiha then back to Arc and then back to Akiha again.

I main Akiha currently and alt Arc, but I've been learning Vsion, Warachia, Nanaya, and Warc lately. Been messing around with Aoko and MHisui too, but on a much more casual not-even-bothering-to-learn-combos level.

I've been using Ciel as main ever since I started playing. My secondaries are Hisui and Nanaya and I play Akiha on occasion.

Back when I first started I was attached to V.Sion and Sion...I stopped playing and somewhere along the line, by the time I started again, I fell in love with Sacchin's beastiness. At this point I'm pretty shitty with most characters as my secondary, but I'm looking to polish either Hisui or Sion (maybe even Aoko) for the role...Satsuki will probably always be my primary though, thus why anyone else is just fine under the steamroller.

I started on MB:AC with Kouma, played on and off for two months

Then a Len who played for a week beat me 5 games in a row and I retired Kouma

Now I play Mech-Hisui - also experimenting with possible secondaries.. enjoying Shiki Tohno so far.

Played Len ever since MBR, and I've kept Len.
Played for about a year and a half, probably at the rate of 10 minutes per 2 weeks or so.

playing:

v-akiha: tried a round with everybody when I got ReAct. Red hair + fast + double dash got me from the start.

Warc: el stiffo. She hits hard, even when you half-ass combos. I like how she plays but the habit of 2C as a trip messes me up all the time.

Miyako: she's fun but just looking at her full screen combo makes me cross-eyed. Not very good with her.

Failed as:

Arc: Well you finish tsukihime and you have to play arc. no way around it. Never got anywhere with her because of the damn delays on her combos.

Ciel: Well you throw shit around, the bnb isn't hard ...but simply wasn't my character. That, and there was a guy who beat me like 27 times in a row with her when I was just starting the game...yeah. As it turns out, I don't catch on things fast at all =)

Ohoho..same here. I finished Tsukihime for the first time awhile back (Arc's arc, of course) so I play Arc. The falling delays get kind of annoying, but it's not too bad. As secondary, I haven't actually picked anyone up yet, but I'm looking at Warc or one of the Shikis.

Warc has been always been my irreplaceable main, but my secondary has gone all over the place. It was Warachia for the longest time, but now it's kind gone to Nanaya and Kouma.

Akiha -> Warachia -> Shiki -> Nanaya -> Nero -> Ren -> Miyako

I see few people played since the original Melty Blood. I've been playing since then, myself.
I don't have much of a main, I try to balance through all the characters I'm interested in:

Shiki, Nanaya, Aoko, Ren, Vampire Sion, Red Arcueid, White Ren (new)

That's about the order of my character specialty, but as I said, I'm quite balanced through all of those. Some of them (V. Sion, Warcueid), I started playing out of sheer curiousity because no one played them, as opposed to their normal version.

And, as it's been historically, no one plays Warakia

(also surprised at lack of Nero players here)
I'm considering picking him up, as well as the maids team.

Lol, I remember the first Melty Blood, when Tohno Shiki had the exact same movelist that they later gave to Nanaya Shiki later had. That's right, in the first Melty Blood, Shiki Tohno did the knife multi-slash, teleports and multi-hit uppercut-kick. Then in ReAct, they took ALL of that away and gave it to Nanaya. I was sooo dissappointed but I stuck with him anyway regardless of how much downgraded he seemed. In the end, he turned out to be in a higher tier than Nanaya. I was so proud of him

But yeah. I really like Shiki and I'll stick with him no matter how they nerf him (in the end, both versions are cool). The same with all my characters. I hate tier whores. I use my guys cause they're characters I'm interested in. I won't use Kouma no matter how broken he gets, I just don't care about him.

WARAKIA. No one uses this guy. And he's not bad, he's actually kinda cool. I've never fought a decent one at all; I'm going to have to pick him up for myself.

Been messing with Nanaya a lot lately and getting into Nero. Nanaya is damn fun, I just need to not have knife spam fits

. Nero is fun as hell tho. Aoko has been shelved for the moment $:-\$ .
