4 p.m. GMT
12 p.m. JST
11 a.m. EDT

Surely, it won't take just 1 hour, but there is no information on the number of players, so it's hard to say how much time we will need.

i'm not participating, but wouldn't it be helpful to register your entrants so you could make brackets or something?

I meant we don't know about players yet as everything has just started. I was thinking about using the FB event to see all the participants.

So, please start signing up if you would like to take part.

Well, Bloody Moon is a Russian Melty Blood community. We have had 7 tournaments but there are almost no new players who play MBAC so tournaments have become quite boring as always same people participate. That's why we decided to try to make the 8th one international.

About 10 active players besides ones who come to play few times a month. We don't have IRC but we use Skype conference to communicate. If you want to join feel free to let us know, there are all the contacts in FB event's information.

If you're a Russian community, you should make it a European tourney. I'm interested but I don't want to play D7 with some American guys.

Well, that's too bad, cuz Russia is so big that you'll probably get high delay with one of the players. From their netplay videos, it seems that even between them that happens.

But yes, an European tourney is what it's likely to turn out, IF there are MBAC players in Europe still.

Well, had to register to fb (and I kinda don't like the fact I can't use an alias there. >_>), and I see some skipped details.

Until stuff about a job search are not clear, count me in.

I think ill be able to attend.
And I agree with keeping it EU only,if there are enough numbers.
Also, how can I play with you guys, your hamachi servers are full.
Edit:I would also like to know the rules of the tournament, like character lock and stuff like that.

Everyone specifies his character when participating and keeps him during the tourney. NA & NAC are banned.
