Problem with mbcaster

Ok. My friend and I get to the part where we input the delay and mbcaster fires up mbac.exe.  Then i hit ok to start mbac.exe and it instantly crashes.  On my friends side he hits ok and nothing happens. Any ideas?

The window pops up and disappears, right?  Try running MBAC normally once, set everything up, play a practice round, exit out through the main menu and then rerun caster.
