Alright, so now that results are starting to trickle in I tested the calculation program and it seems to be working without a hitch (so far). What would you guys prefer as the starting number for ratings? This won't effect results in any way but is more of a matter of being readable and ascetically pleasing.
For example, if we started at 3000, then the current standings (as of 1-10-08) look like:
3052 Zero
3030 tenkai
3010 Lighty
2993 AkimotoX
2992 Jen
2989 FabroRowan
Or if we started at say, 1000, they look more like
1017 Zero
1010 tenkai
1003 Lighty
998 AkimotoX
998 Jen
996 FabroRowan
Either way, they are exactly the same, and the distance between the rankings is proportionate to one another. But note, Jen's ranking is equal to AkimotoX's in 1000 due to smaller number roundoff, but AkimotoX still stays on top because his score is actually slightly higher than Jen's. The actual raw total rating is a different number, but I've essentially just used a multiplier at the end to make it more readable (instead of say, 25.76 or something). I am personally leaning toward 1000 at the current moment, but if you have a preference or something, email/post/PM/IM it to me then.
