okay I disabled 7500 UDP port on my router, and by main computer and my virtual computer (running MB).
This is what happens
under 8 test my port I get
<report>
Port : BAD (UDP.7500 received No Signal)
when I tried 7 I get
Now waiting for introduction then it just goes back to the menu no error or time out message at all.

port bad, it means that you're not able to host a game.
option is relay, there's only 30 seconds of relay......so you need another person doing relay in that moment.

does that mean Im able to join games if I know their IP?

yes, if the other person is gonna host the game, he will tell you his ip and you just join.
and relay is when both person can't host, the 2 put the relay ip and then it will coonnect

Just out of curiosity why did you disable port 7500?
