Comes out in January over here but it's translated in around 5 languages including English and even region free on the 360 version.

i hope it has a custom character option... i like the gameplay but i don't really wanna throw it up as bayonetta

From what I saw in demo or heard about, it doesn't look like there is any customization.  But there are something like 14 characters, so do you really need customization?  Just enjoy the characters for how wild they already are, imo.

And yeah, I'm super hype for this game.  Can't fucking wait.
