I would die from all those wakas :emo: But hell all those wakas would come in handy in a tournament. Distract the hell out of your opponents. The mindgames begin after the first waka :V

Mine is stock right now, but i wanna mod it somehow. That being said i don't really know how.

http://slagcoin.com/joystick.html was what I used, this reference site has everything and anything you ever wanted to know about Arcade Sticks.
I can help, so long as it's the PS3 version.  What are you wanting to mod with it, specifically?
Uh thanks, i'm not really sure what i'm doing yet.

No problem dude, just trying to offer a helping hand.

Any seimitsu users out there?  I'm considering putting an LS-32-01 inside and swap out the JLF.  Also considering the LS-40, too.  What's everybody's opinions on JLF vs LS-32?

imo a ls 32 feels like a brand new jlf except it keeps that same tightness. the throw is a little bigger you won't go right from a jlf to a seimitsu you're gonna miss some motions. but once i got used to it i loved it.

akihabarashop.jp and arcadespareparts.com are a good place to order replacement buttons and what not.

I highly recommend lizardlick.  They have a pretty large selection and the site is easy to navigate.  I'm not so much of a fan of akihabarashop anymore mostly because the layout is really web 1.0.  That, and the fact that it's been over a month and counting on my order of stickers.  Still no sign of them in the mail.

HRAP2 body with plexi on it. The only difference with it now is that I added top loaders instead of the default nuts and bolts.

Well, I've finally modded my Hori FS3, one of the hardest sticks to mod. Now I need to put art and PCB (PS2, PS3 and PC, because I play GG, MB, etc.).

Joystick: Seimitsu LS-40-01 (Red Shaft Cover and Bubbletop)
Pushbuttons: 6x Seimitsu PS-14-D-N (Black Rim/Red Button) + 2 improvised start/select pushbuttons, all screw-in

WIP mod images:

Hori Real Arcade Pro EX with changed buttons to Sanwa OBSF-30RG, dark blue. Not dual-modded, I wish I could.  :nyoro:

Arguing on which FF game is best doesn't make sense to me.  It feels like you might as well be picking out who's the best schoolyard ball player of the kids who didn't get picked for either team.

Damn, question... how are the b15sdm sticks? No complains?

None. The stick is full console compatible so I can get my Melty and my next gen fix.

Made this a little while ago since I had no PS2 compatible stick beforehand. Really darn useful for all systems if you don't mind adapters and such.

The case is indeed one of those TEK cases which looks cool but not snuggly stable. I wouldn't recommend getting one unless you have a really cool design in mind.

Did someone say custom built arcade stick (I can't believe I haven't actually posted this here. baffling I know)?

The only thing I didn't do was the case, which I had commissioned. Set up to run on PSX/PS3/PC, thinking about ripping it apart and throwing in 360 support, but currently waaay too lazy at the moment, though I'll probably do it once I finally get off my ass and set up the back so the cables are removable.

Also, something is terribly wrong. I posted something.  :psyduck:

Yeah, I bought this rarity with someone from Brazil for R$250 (+ or - $125).
FINALLY, I GOT THE PERFECT STICK imo (jap-style and PS2 =D)
