I would say the only difficulty will be finding non-copyrighted artwork of Melty Blood.

Photoshopping already existing Melty Blood images and then just abstracting/tweaking it isn't hard, but if you start from scratch, someone needs to be very artistic =V

Well. . . Financial issues too I guess =V

it seems I'm also getting stuck at the memory screen. I tried by removing memory card and all but it still didn't work. Would we have better chance of connection if we used Hamachi to connect to one another?

^ Yeeeeeep that's the only reason why people would be hesitant to do this. Copyright infringement I suppose.

Another one I just slapped in with just brush marks. Once again however, this would piss Type-Moon off  :nyoro:

@Dumba

Since Meta is "restricted" from using his computer, I'll answer the question again.

He first picked up Riesbyfe to play, never lasted long and then moved onto play Nero. He now decided Satsuki's his only one but wants to learn the game before learning her.

He wants both. He likes how Satsuki is played (watched YouTube vids and all) but he wants to learn the game more before he gets into Satsuki because he finds her challenging to use as a first time character.

The audio made me lol. It took me a while to realize that the commentator was actually speaking Korean, then another few minutes to start getting used to the commentary and then finally half way in I started to understand what he was saying =V

But honestly, that Choya/Serhazad who played Miyako made my insides fuzzy and warm, since I'm still a noob at this and I play Miyako.

정말 재미있게 봤습니다 ㅎㅎ;;

So are all the Korean Melty Blood Communities. . . Because Koreans are in general such hikikomoris that they can't do anything outside of their house.

Hence why they're so hyped about MBAACC PC.

So they hope to play it on Netplay.

It was very fun for me despite the fact that we played Melty consecutively for 11 hours. I beat Viet twice out of well over 300 matches but whatever, I'm satisfied~

It was relatively sad that no one would/could touch Melty Blood though. We left for about 30 minutes to eat, and when we came back the screen was left exactly how it was. Super Street Fighter 4 and Marvel V Capcom 3 everywhere. I kind of did want to play MVC3 though. . . Seemed very fun. Also, I get this feeling that SSF4 and MVC3 players have something against men beating the shit out of little girls in a fighting game.

Speaking of Dogy, I never played against him but I gained so many respect for him. He plays tetris like a God.

This silence seems to imply that only Viet and I am going to the Impact Clash.
Meaning I will die.

Lol, didn't know such thread existed! I suppose I'm pretty much new so I'll introduce myself here.

Hello world.
I have only recently started to take Melty Blood semi-seriously as it is my very first fighting game. I don't really like fighting games except for this particular one. =V
I know only one person on MBread, and he's the one who got me started on Melty Blood, so kudos to him lol.
I play C-Miyako (Miyak Miyak~) as my primary and have yet to learn her fundamentals. . .

I live almost illegally but still legally in the Southern part of US, to be more specifically Georgia.

So as a complete Melty noob picking up Miyak Miyak, I see that Crescent is easier to use but Full is the best (Does most damage?) to use?

Can someone restate the overall advantage/disadvantage of Crescent and Full for Miyak Miyak for a noob like myself can understand? 'a'  :slowpoke:

So, today I had a lot of fun(?) playing Melty with Viet

I lost 80 matches, almost won probably 2 matches but it was using Ciel so that doesn't really count.

. . .

Then the both of us grieved.

So its a game of luck and risk. I saw some good things about Panasonic so, I guess ill take the risk.
Anythings better than what our tv has to offer which seems like video gaming is out of its league.

I don't know if double posting is against a rule or anything, but oh well.
Anyone know about Panasonic Viera TVs in general? I'm thinking of buying 32" Viera and I don't know if its a good tv for gaming in general.  :laffo:

I would like to go, but I'm pretty much tight on rides. But if this Melty Meeting/Revival exists by next Fall, I'm pretty sure I'll be there with Vietto.
Meeting more people to play with sounds very positive right now. Playing this game between just me and Viet can get old sometimes because the outcome is always expected. Hence sometimes, Archetype Earth is used.
Hopefully, within that timeline I would actually learn the mechanics within the game and some combos to go with. Still shocked to see some Georgians/Southerners playing this game.

Shouldn't you get your license by September? :v :v Also, if you want, I'm pretty sure we can also go on the 25th if we don't have school work to condemn us.

Such beautiful words ;__;
Oh, yeah... CC is supposedly coming out on December with Carnival Phantasm. . .
Which is most likely very overpriced.

I guess I'd do anything for Caster's cuteness. Man, why couldn't there be a fun Fate/Stay Night doujin game. . .

And yeah, uh. . . Miyako seems to be more fun to play with. Not that Aoko is too hard for me or anything like that.  . .

Uh, what part do you not understand that it's hard to change the type of game you have been fond of as long as you can remember?
It's not my fault I grew up in the "urban" side of the "rural" side of the country (Yeah go figure).
It's not my fault my childhood consisted of StarCraft, Sudden Attack and Counter Strike at PC Cafe.
And the arcades I went to only had Bullet Hells, Sonic and Megaman.
Maybe you should understand that Melty is the first Fighting game I'm actually even moderately trying to take seriously, so I don't really know what works with what :v

And you telling me Current Code will have Super Bling Bling Ghetto Nanaya does not really motivate me, because I get my ass handed to PS2 Nanaya enough.

You trying to motivate me by demotivating me isn't working much bro  :blah:

That's a shame. I'm kinda hoping to catch onto one of these meetings and actually learn how to play the game beyond theorycrafting and Training Mode drills. I know about everyone on this thread is probably on a level higher than me, even if it's by knowledge alone, so I'm really hoping you guys will show up at Impact Clash or the like and at least get casuals or a Round Robin going on.

I did say I had a friend that was suppose to be learning this game with me, but he ditched me. He said the game was too hard and just went back to console FPS (:slowpoke:). Although I find it strange to quit considering he has two arcade sticks just lying around now (wasted investments if he doesn't keep playing fighters). I think he just doesn't have the mentality for it. I don't think I do either, but I'd like to think some actual stimulus would get me that drive.

Or on the other hand, maybe I shouldn't have used H-Neco Arc Chaos and 22A'd him an entire match. :V

Yeah doing stuff like that doesn't really help encourage people to playing this game especially in the USA where people are hardly motivated to even consider playing the game. But yeah it's difficult to have the drive when you don't play people or you won't know the next time you'll be able to but when you finally do play & you find players better & more experienced than you or at an equal skill level, you'll want more & more like I did when I first played Solidplay back in January, my first real opponent since learning the game basics at LK's house last year. If I do make it I'll definitely play with you man I know how it is so I won't leave you in the dust but Dogy knows some things & I'm sure he'll be showing up so just ask him & he'll play with you. But with your friend & you, you two just need to go to a tournament like NEC or a Melty exclusive tourney to get motivation. Actually did you go to Final Round this year?

I'm still salty about that.
Hey, I'm trying my best to get into the game.
Just that every time I do, you're telling me my TV lags too much and I should buy a TV from the 80's.
And then I go back to play some FPS only to realize I came to hate it. Then go back to play Griefsyndrome realizing it's boring to play arone.
Then in the end just give up on life.

Actually, I'm more scared that when CC comes out, your Nanaya gameplay will improve dramatically and I will have no chance whatsoever.

Anyways, I'll take the game seriously if I can moderately even control Aoko. :v :v :v
