What kind of pcb would you use for an arcade kb? chtulhu? Is it a good idea to use a ps2 pad pcb if I also want some ps3 and pc support?

is probably the cheapest (like $45 on ebay w/ shipping or so) but you'll have to mod it since the stock joystick and buttons are pretty bad... Fortunately, the modding is relatively easy.

The game resolution is 640x480 so...
I'd recommend you to check gelbooru\danbooru for hi-res art or you can try vectoring\coloring if you're manly enough :3

if u're looking for something like rhythm, transcribe it by ear
if u're looking for solo then, the best option is to transcribe it by ear because it's quite a useful skill (though it's quite hard)
