Oops, I misunderstood. So I tried 2D > CSE (RC) with Ky, and while this isn't something you would want to go for since it's a waste of meter, it would happen to me if I did CSE too early after knocking them down. So what happens in this situation, is that if I input the RC command for CSE while the opponent is standing up from the knockdown, the game is still giving me the slowdown despite the opponent not being in a valid state where they can take a hit.

Needed more cash, so I just finished Dizzy's combo challenges. Multiple 236H's into 236S was pretty fun.

I tested this supposed RC change(?) and it appears to be true. I used f.S>5H>ice spike and RC'd it at different points. RC'ing the ice spike mid-combo but before impact didn't cause the RC slowdown but the opponent still gets launched and you can follow up. RC'ing the ice spike as it hit the opponent gave the slowdown while the opponent was mid-air.

It's very uncharacteristic of dippy to not take up someone on an offer for AP. That practically NEVER happens. Then again, that one night Carlos and I played 155 matches of VF, there wasn't even so much as a peep out of him. So...:mystery: I suppose while they're busy with you, Tempered and I will probably be busy with AH3LM and Koihime. I do remember that one night a couple years back you played twice as many AH3LM matches as BBCP, which was quite unexpected to say the least. But eh, I thought it was worth a mention. lol

As for dinner, assuming I run into some good sales at the grocery, I should pick up food for 5?

EDIT: Just got back from grocery shopping and it looks like the sales were as good as last year. So we're set.

Since SC2 was played last weekend, I suppose I'll give a little history about myself. If you must know, I played X, which may or may not come as a surprise. Soooo, take it for what it's worth. :-X I get the feeling I may have mentioned this before, or not.

It's July 4th weekend. If we're meeting up tomorrow, I don't mind bringing the food again if there are great deals like last year. Chances are the restaurants we'd normally go to might be really busy this weekend.

Apparently Ray would like to play AH3LM with us next time. And by "us", I mean everyone except me. Sadly I'm just not good enough. :-\

After the ranbat if time permits and people are willing, I'd like to try Koihime Enbu again with different characters. Grinding impractical fatal combos wasn't the most productive use of time last weekend. :-\ If not, that's fine. See you guys there.

I love +R and I'm not giving up on it especially since it'll be at AnimEvo. So at some point we'll re-visit the game. But I agree, due to numbers, it's harder to find players for it compared to Xrd. Tempered and I both have the Xrd-R- demo and it includes complete VS and training modes. So I can bring my PS4 if you need some time with a dedicated training mode setup and we'll probably use Tempered's PS4 for matches. The best part is that PS3 sticks are compatible with the demo without the extra hassle.

If you knew all the details, then you might understand I'm not actually arguing with anything. But I won't bore anyone with the details. If it were deleted posts, then those who deleted them are trying to save face. Twitter war? Hardly. Long story short, it merely turned out to be a logistics issue. Edit 2 implies that AH3LM is happening and provided plan B doesn't fall through, I indirectly got elected to help run it. And while F/UC may not be there at the moment, it doesn't have to be that way.
