Yeah, it's me Mike.
I suddenly don't care if they like me or not.
I'm glad all the randoms in here think I'm an asshole.
That's good, it gives me my strength, it feeds me.

And I guess Dip is a moderator.
I didn't realize you ban people for talking on their community threads, where it doesn't affect everyone.
But now I know. I guess you didn't read my last post, though, where I said my beef in this thread is over.
So I'll say it again so you can read it:
I'm done with the beef in this thread, I won't break your rules,
and I won't reply harshly next time someone implies that I'm an idiot.

If you'd like an apology, "I'm Sorry".

Potential customers?
You must be confused on 2 counts.
I'm not an employee of the 8 on the Break. And I don't respect you.
I only help get players out of the goodness of my heart, and out of enjoying competition. And you've done nothing to earn my respect.

How you say things can be just as offensive as just saying "fuck you".
I'm sure you know that, though, since you're so proficient at it
I'm not some e-thug, but I don't take disrespect.

You won't say that line exactly like you did in front of me.
Not because you're afraid, more that 9/10th's of human beings don't talk like that to others when unprovoked.

If you choose not to, then we're cool and have no issues.
I'll see what I can do about getting vB2 there.
For now, nothing else I post will be with you in mind, so you can just ignore the rest of my posts.

I thought saying "No offense" fixed everything...

[All stuff that I obviously understood already, what do you think I am, an idiot?]

Now then, why did he burn the thousand bucks for a vA machine instead of version B2 then?

Flipped out cause I said the word "fuck you" a couple times?
He said what he said like an asshole.
You said it in the way a person who isn't an asshole explains it.
He wouldn't have said it like THAT to a strangers face, cause then there'd be a chance that they would've responded the way I did.

It's about $900 for the machine with version A installed.
It's almost another $1000 to get the vB2 update installation software.

And Master Chibi, I'm going to UP this weekend for the first time.
You can check the place out if you want, but at least this weekend you don't have to force yourself; I'd rather meet all the players I can at once.

Within the last few days, I've gotten a grasp of the differences between vA and vB2, so I can understand.

That being said, no offense, but fuck you and your fucking post, I don't remember trying to pull business away from UP. I love to see arcades thrive.
SO, I'm showing that there's a new location for a game you play, which may be updated to vB2 at any time, he just got the machine a week ago for fuck's sake, and he's just worried about wasting $1000 dollars on a machine that might gain $200 revenue total.

If there are enough NJ players, if I can "convince" him to get vB2, would you guys actually show up?
I wouldn't have a problem running weekly tournies, maybe even RanBats to help things along.

But I can see your point. See how "no offense" makes everything better?

Melty Blood Auditorium / Noob: Tier List, among others
« on: December 12, 2007, 07:51:49 AM »
Sup everyone.
I'm KiD.D a.k.a. Silent Pressure a.k.a. Babyface Crow
NJ Soul Calibur player.
MBAC noob.

I just started this game... 2 days ago.
And, being that I have yet to receive the PC version, I am lacking in knowledge.
And I have had no one to learn from, unlucky fellow that I am.
But it's my goal to become to best EC player by the time EVO hits, but I'm gonna need help.

Just a few questions, answers or links would help greatly.
1. Is there a Tier List in this game? Even if it's only a slight variance, I'd like to know. Also, if any character has a quick non-super attack with invincibility startup frames.
2. What are the important defensive and/or counter options I need to know (and how do I perform them).
3. [Press O to reduce damage]. Is that just timing ANY button press to the combo?
4. Is there a trick to making invalid combos not work?

I'll be editing this if I receive answers, so others don't have the same issue as me.

New Location!!!

8' on the Break
340-346 North Ave
Dunellen, NJ 08812
732.752.8880

I just worked with the owner, and he installed Melty Blood vA.
If people show up and play, I guarantee he will get version B2, which would cost him $800 more dollars.

The break has Happ P360 joysticks and Happ competition buttons on almost every game (Sanwa on Tekken 5: DR).
Games include SF3:3rd Strike, 2 MvC2's, T5:DR, all the newest dance games, Beatmania IIDX 13, and the new Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3!! 4 linked cabinets!

So show some support and come down!
