Some folks are calling it the new pelican, and some testing done by tekken players is pointing towards it being just that, so PS1 PCB + that adapter = WIN! If you really want 360 support in a stick you can add a mad catz 360 PCB into a project and dual PCB as well.

-Edit: If you try to procure this on ebay there's no guarantee it's the actual real adapter, this is the only known reliable source for it so far.

Fast paced Quake style First person shooter, lots of movement skill involved, good hit registration, very good game (runs well on low end stuff too, based off the quake 3 engine sort of)
