When I watched it, those moments in the first two episodes especially, where they cut from Arc's death to Shiki being back at the mansion, and it's really hard to tell what's real and what's not, stuff with Ciel hypnotizing Shiki, the two Shikis, etc... by the time you've played all the routes of the game you take it for granted, but the anime did a plenty fine job of replicating some of the psychological thrills that are central to the game. Obviously 12 episodes is too short to cover everything, but at least they didn't try to do each path in like 2-3 episodes apiece like some galge-anime adaptations.

how long does it take to get up to 99
basically play netplay ALOT, then go back like 1 month later, and just run up and do stuff, and you get to like round 50-60 easy, then accually try and you might lose the first time, but it shouldn't be too hard to beat. Since I don't play this game all the time on netplay, I can only get to round 50-60 but you can get though the first 10 levels by just mashing your BnB and listening for the sounds to see if it connects, no joke the compies are sad
And I was happy to get 13 wins on my first try. Thanks for reminding me how bad I am. =P

These finals were frickin' intense. I don't know HOW Hellmonkey got through Zar's orbs in that one match. And that last round was impossibly close. At least magz got some revenge in the singles tourney.

ProTip: If you use the music from the animeToshiyuki O'mori's excellent albums "Moonlit Archives" and "Moonlit Memories" they coincidentally fit very nicely with Tsukihime, and make up for Tsukihime's main flaw, the terrible soundtrack.
