I will be bringing a laptop with Melty on it, and I have no problem letting it be used for the tournament.

it does not have an HDMI output on it though, someone else is going to have to provide a streamable PC

Thank you cphame for putting us up for the weekend and encouraging the massive consumption of alcohol. I will never forget the wall of bottles that stood as a testament to the festivities that sunday morning.
Big ups to inso for coming on down and bodying us all, playing you helped me learn a little bit more about the game and it's good to see how the level of play is elsewhere in the world.
Shoutouts to the houston crew that came down and played a few games with us; you guys are doing really well and it's great to see how you're hungry to play more; hopefully we'll meet up again in the future

also, pretty soldier sailor moon R is the realest mo'fuggin' game to have existed. truth.

What a CATastrophe.

veeeery subtle, but i see right through you

anyways, if we left saturday morning exactly how early in the day would that be? I ask merely because how early we roll out to houston determines how many fresh pots of coffee I shotgun that morning. I was more of a fan of leaving friday evening like last time but if we take off on saturday instead that's cool.

I could be there on tuesday, but I won't show up until later (like probably 5:30 at the earliest, 6:00 is a more realistic time)

First the serious stuff:
Thank you ShinBlanka for running the show and letting us all experience this godlike event.
Thank you Shinobi for running all those brackets, you deserve a lot of kudos for all the hard work you did.
Thanks to everyone I played casuals with. I learned a lot being there, playing all sorts of people, fighting all those characters, and my understanding of the game's a lot better after this weekend.
Big ups to TexasTim for letting me crash in his room, sleep was a well-deserved luxury after all the insanity that went on throughout the day.
Thank you ZomB for the rides to Steak N' Shake, that dinner was too much fun and you are a hero for ferrying people there.

and the other stuff: shoutouts to shitty chinese food at 3 AM after not eating for like 14 hours, stream monstering in the hallway and banging on the walls when people won games, smokebombs, maidsports, people yelling "HOLD THAT SHIT" not letting us in on crowded elevators, and rei recording the madness that was aof3 lol expoooooooosed

Really great weekend, big thanks to Cphame for putting us up while we were down there. Great to see that oklahoma made it out, you guys are even more godlike than us for traveling the extra distance, especially FoxStep who was running on like no sleep that day and poor Chase who got bodied by Denton's Finest and should have gone a lot farther than he did. Also that hype match between Denthorn and Kos-Mos was hilarious.

Shame we didn't get to do "Ishmael does Houston" but hey, there's always next time. Hopefully the other houston guys come out to the next tourney down there.

Also,
Fucking replicunt.

oh dear god I overexposed myself laughing at that out loud

I'll try and be there this tuesday, but that's probably going to be the only time I go. driving to ft. worth from garland and then making it back to carrollton is too much driving to do more than once.

yeah, I picked up a preorder. haven't heard anything about it shipping yet though, I assume it'll go out this weekend at least.

'course silly me doesn't own a laptop, but at least the tower I have can use TE's.

I will most likely come down on saturday as I have work until 5:00 on friday and it would probably take me quite a while through traffic to get to the house if it's in Fort Worth. If anyone needs a ride on saturday I could offer my services also.

oh, I'll probably bring my ps3 setup for some arcana action also, and possibly some food and drink stuffs as well
