Nice add on Ekrz, Miyako voice too op. Can you make work the Coin Operated mode in game? I know it's built in somewhere when I saw it with the decompiler but obviously I don't have any idea how to do it.

Since you are in the hack/edit business I wanted to know if you could search for a way to enable real arcade mode (with coins, time limit, etc.) coz I found some files relevant to that (ringwide logo, coin sound fx). It is possible?

I can look into it... Not sure how well it would work even if it's re-enabled though: I don't think there's a coin button - so you wouldn't be able to play it.

Also for debug/arcade config menus, those are probably removed. They were still in one of the demos though, I think the first couple still had it. So you wouldn't be able to do book keeping either.

Can I ask why you'd want something like that re-enabled though?

Im building a cabinet and I would love that feature. If you can make it work please tell me. There's probably a way to remap the coin button outside the launcher, like keyboard configs do. Some unused input must work for that in some file since coins works with the same mechanism (like buttons).

I'm hesitant to call it a final build - I've only just released it and, from experience, this tends to be when random major issues that need to be fixed tend to crop up, so... yeah.

Despite that, I wouldn't say no to another mirror. But maybe wait a couple days first?

Could I suggest a minor feature? When you host and someone connects then you have to confirm delay and n° of matches with enter key (which is automatic) It would be possible to confirm this by pressing the A button too? Keep up the good work.

NetPlay Community / Re: [Request] Latin American Subforum

I guess the one thing I really don't get is that I don't see a usage case for the forum. What would it do that the current available options (Facebook groups, IRC, other forums) don't fulfill? I'm not really clear on this. I can't see it being used for matchmaking directly, a real-time system makes a lot more sense for that. I imagine that it would end up like the netplay community forum is now, except in Spanish and Portuguese. The other issue I have is that I'm not really sure if people would use it.

Maybe the only reason I see it would be good to have an LA subforum, is just to have a reference point for starters, I mean, a place where LA players could find information in their language about the game, netplay requirements, chats and other players. All this based on MBread popularity as an occidental forum for MeltyBlood when you search on google, etc. About subforum activity I don't think if people would use it too much, but is a nice thing to have at least to orient new players, knowing that one of the main problems of the game here is to find reliable ppl and information to ask about installation, netplay, etc.

Latin American subforum is not necessary. LA groups are divided just because ppl don't respect super simple stuff or have any sense of community at all. Just taking ScrawtVermillion group for example, the guys removed a lot of people from their group just because they were Argies, just coz Scrawt lose a few matches against me in a pathetic way after smacktalking and making a ton of unnecessary drama. So in that case I wouldn't recommend any of you guys to mod anything at all. About a subforum here, why even bother? There's a lot of previous and basic problems to resolve after this, like supporting the commnunity, idleing chatrooms and playing the game. Even control the offtopic on the game (there's a lot of so called MB LA communities that don't play or talk of MB at all).
I would see as an example of a good latinoamerican community at MeltyBrasil, the support and respect their players have is enviable, so naturally I would recommend Cristu as a mod if any LA subforum here is created.

nope, W7. I had no problems with previous versions of caster whatsoever.

Maybe is just me and I'm wrong, but I noticed that when you play with 2.0c after a while (like 7-8 matches) game starts to get delayed or input derpy. Game is stable but inputs get delay all of the sudden or even random, screwing simple BnB's or pressure with special moves after you just press 5A once. I've tested offline with no problems, issues come with the last caster version 2.0c and is even more quickly visible with caster lite (tested with several people). So yeah I hope I'm wrong but I feel that I had to report it. Keep up the good work.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to host automatically from a shortcut to cccaster without selecting it. It is posible to add any arguments to the shortcut to do this? Thanks for the good work.

Lobby system all the way. Maybe a tool that manages lobby server hosting to send invites to play or something among the users online, country and ping stats.

Good job man. Tested 1.0d and played smoothly with locals, even foreigners, without problems of lag/spikes nor input configuration, etc. Keep up the good work, ty.

Ciel's Tech Support / SaltyConfig ver0.3 config storage script.

The main function of this script is to launch the game with all controls configurated to skip and make easier the configuration process. This can be useful for offline tournaments or casual playing with large groups of players without having to reconfigurate all controls constantly.
