Ok, first off:
1. Saiyd and myself are not backing out because we can't handle the differences between the PS2 and arcade version. That adds to our frustration, yes, but nowhere near enough to warrant us never returning.
2. We've never given up on the game. I myself have been playing it for three to four years now, I dont' see why I would just kick it to the side and call it a day.
3. I don't appreciate having to deal with a bunch of fucking children who can't keep their mouth shut when I'm enjoying myself, or like to make smarmy remarks about the game like I didn't fucking hear it when I'm standing right next to them.
4. We went from 16+ people for a tournament to 9. If Saiyd and myself hadn't gone you would have to have run some shitty round robin. Sure, it's a given that we'll get small numbers, but we've got 20 people supporting the game in NYC alone, so why would I go to TGA to deal with that shit again?
For the love of the game that's why the should be reason enough to go everytime. If you noticed the people in the tourney helped out with the people walking by and by that people started to respect the fact that we were recording matches and started asking if they could go by. There are people like korean and I who expose the game during our tourneys that we run and try to gain interest from those people. Your right not everyone is going to like the game but that happens in everything and alot of people are just going to say there opinion but don't let it get to you unless they are doing something like walking in front of the camera and disrespecting you. If you don't want to listen to them why don't you just where headphones or something of that nature so you can block it out. I am saying things could be worse and we could of had just you and dippy playing friendlies on the tv like back in the day. Korean and I would have never known of this game if you two didn't expose it so it went from 2 guys to 20 to 9 so what IT COULD BE WORSE MAN.
Hope you get what I am saying because I didn't do to well in english class.
