Mirror Moon Translations, from their forum:

"Everyone dies, so dying here isn't a big deal. Yes, just like this."
"How fortunate. Such terrible luck is proof you're the chosen one."
"Got it? This is what it means to kill things."
"Oh, isn't it your body's fault in the first place? If you wanted to compete with me, you'd need an extra arm or two."
"Be sliced by the blades of summer snow, fragile thing."
"You're no good. Try again in your next life."
"Off with your head. Don't even worry about paying the ferryman as you cross over into hell."
"That was simple. Now, time to disappear until the next night."
"Let your soul scatter in vivid color. The poisonous radiance can at least kill a few bugs."
"You know where you're going? If it's hell, give the devil my regards."
"Judgment has come down from the path which spans from hell. It has been decided that you must die."
"I am the spider that set this web. ---Welcome to this wonderful killing chamber.
VS Shiki "Dying bravely is dying quickly. Rest easy and disappear, Shiki. I will take your place!"
VS Kouma "What, over already, Crimson Red Vermillion......! Are you going to disappear again like you did that night, just like a ghost......!?"
VS Nrvnqsr "Man, I always wanted to fight you. With this, there are no regrets. Now, isn't this the only thing left to do...?"

Akiha Tohno / Akiha's trap...

That subject name was so not a double entendreSome questions about Akiha so I can play her better.|

How do I use her fire-trap thingy she puts on the ground? And, when's a good time to use her arc drive? ???

Fate/Hollow Ataraxia I like to put under F/SN. If you like F/SN I assume you like F/HA.

I find it funny that F/SN seems to have been added as an afterthought.

Why not just edit the poll down to KnK, Tsuki, and F/SN, and allow the people to provide their own reasoning in their post?

Good point. I should've thought of that earlier.

And I refuse to answer this poll, the best is not up there. Where is Fate/Hollow??? There is no moe goodness from Mahou Shoujou Kaleido Ruby anywhere elsewhere. No crazy sadistic Karin charm or silly little Gil-kun antics.

Rin + swimming pool = win
Rin = <3

Luvia is superior.

Ren + pyjamas = epic win.  :fap:

Shiki Tohno / Re: This is what it means... to chopchopchop?
« on: August 05, 2009, 03:12:24 AM »
Sounds like you had a custom tailored Shiki Tohno for your mugen. Alot of Authors add there own little quirks and perks to the characters they make, specially with street fighter and melty blood characters. (two of the most popular mugen character archetypes) Kanji displaying 17 disection... Sounds interesting. Makes me wonder if its similar to Kohaku's arc drive kanji, or if it was custom.

Anyway, do you still have the character files? If so, who's the author? I'm just curious too see how it looks aesthetically really, and i can find just about anything mugen related if i have the author name.

As for the quote, its directly from Tsukihime. One of his more famous lines. Though IIRC, it was "things", not "a thing", but that's just me being an anal douche.   :blah:

Sorry, VERY long time and sorry to necropush, but if you read this again, it was Shiki Tohno by Rouge Noir. Really fun to play. You can find him on Mugenation, or so I heard.  :teach:

And here's a video someone made, I think they tweaked the portraits slightly. The Satsuki there is by 9.

Cause she's delicate.

When is a good time to use Sion's pistol attack? With combos, I mean.

Am I the only one who likes Sacchin for who she is, rather than the fact that we'll finally get to see her naked?  =<

You are a good, but strange, strange person.

Yes its true 80% of the people accept Nasu's work even if it is distorted but 99% would accept Nasu's work if it was clear (minus the 1% of fags who appreciate how "DEEP" it is for being so distorted.).  Ultimately, it just feels like I'm watching a less interesting Tsukihime.

I agree.
But, then again, Nanaya is badass when Shiki goes craaaaaaaazy.  :V

Oh, yeah. Not that Melty Blood comes from a h-game or something. Heheh, no sir. Not at all.  ::)

Ahaha! We need a best heroine poll. I'm betting Akiha will win.
Not that I'd vote for her. IMO, Hisui or Kohaku or Arcueid. Oh, decisions decisions.  :V

Kohaku's Magical Garage / Re: Whiff?
« on: June 15, 2009, 03:47:21 AM »
To "whiff" is to miss with an attack, it can be on purpose or not. When done on purpose it's usually to cancel some lag from a previous attack.

I guess I should explain "Lag" too. That would be the frames of an attack during which the attack can't actually hit. Ex. if Shiki's AD were to miss he has a huge amount of frames where he just goes through recovery animation.

Any more terms you need to know?

Ahhh! I see. Hm, a few. What are -

Sorry, it's alot, but I need the infos.  ;)

Um, what's the difference between normal Len and White Len? I haven't seen White Len played before, nor have I played her/it/TATARI thing.

Yes, I know normal Len is hotter. Shit, did I say that out loud?

God bless Nasu for not making an Ilya route.

We hate you. Very, very much.

I... yes. Because, having Ilya straddle a tied up Shirou asking him to be 'hers'....

NASU, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!  :psyduck: :psyduck: :psyduck:

My Len-loving nature is beside the point.
