Might not be able to play it, but yeah. Despite it's tougher now, MB did it once and can surely do it again.

So, I was talking about graphics these days. I don't really care much about it, but I know Melty Blood's animation is the best in the fighting genre, I just don't know exactly how much images we have per character moon. In MBAC Hisui had 1018, but she was the only char I got acess to the sprites. In MBAACC it seems animation improved considerably and chars got more moves, so I'm guessing a number between 1200 and 1500 per character. Anyone here have the sprites to tell me with precision or give me the download link?

Depends.

Characters Like Akiha might have even up to 2000 sprites, I believe. I'd have to check later.

People still play this game?

Dude, there are people who still play fighting games from the 1990 decade. >.> It shouldn't surprise you there are people who still enjoy to play MBAACC. <.<

*looks at the millions of people who still play MVC2*  :V

Yes, but we need to give them more time so they can translate the story mode and winquotes. <.<

Well, i visited the place and it turns out the internet lied and it is running current code. My bad.
I did get to play two people, one okay C-Hime and a scrub scrub Nanaya. SIGH looks like no melty while Im in korea. It is pretty cool to see it on a big arcade screen though.

Well, you could say you're blessed. I still can't find one Arcade with MBAACC here in Mexico City. ._.

At this rate, I'll get rusty. <.<

What?

mauve's tool is detected as a threat by AVG. :/

MAN I really love this game. Im really liking the Kung fu girl, I think her name is...Minako??correct me if I'm wrong. I also like Arc. I use the kung fu girl on half moon and I use Arc on crescent moon.

Ah... the name's Miyako. <3<

Works fine for me, except by a little detail... <_<

Heat, Blood Heat and Max lag my computer. Granted, might be because I had to replace my HD monitor with a low res one (I'm afraid it is a factor, isn't?), but also, my video card is the only thing that doesn't qualify for me to play it smoothly. ._.

I was thinking in getting a GE Force 7900 of 256 MB (or maybe one of the 8000 series), but I'm not sure if my motherboard can support it. 7100 is the one built in the computer by default. Other than that, I can find very neat combos with F-Sion. owo

So this comes out 2pm Japanese time right? What time is that here in the states. (too lazy to look up.)

From 9 PM to midnight in the states. z.z

*points to the character he likes the most in his avatar* o3o

Sweet!

13
Did you install the original PCSX2?

Yeah, I have.

Shouldn't I have installed the original?

Seems I can at least open it, I have no person to try the netplay yet. <.<;

14
._.

I can't even open pcsx2o. <.< Something with the MSCVR100.dll error with the entry point not being found. <_<

Oh, well, I think I'll have to wait 2 more months.

15
That is correct,as far as I know, only the US has a (relatively) healthy offline tournament scene,EU is pretty much stuck on MBAC with some random MBAA meetups(its more like an addition rather than the focus),and that is of course for Western Europe,Eastern Europe is forced to suck it up,since no one wants to travel thousands of kilometers to play a game they never touched.

I'd like to add Latin America on this. It's rare to find people to even heard of MB (most of players are from KOF or MVC), so, a PC version is welcome here for those who have none of those games.

16
I think the issue is also regional, the Brazilian crew and Europeans are all about the pc shit, I dunno why, maybe because the scene for mbaa ps2 is close to nonexistent in most parts of the world?

As far as I know, In Brazil (I know someone from Brazil) videogames are excessively expensive. From a video I was shown: 258 Reais for a game (I'm not even talking about consoles) costs 161 USD.

17
In my case I'll have to spend over 1300 MXN to get the PC release. + whatever they ask for shipping, though I hope that includes shipping costs. 8400 yens is too much, but I think they're counting both. <.<

Now I know what I want for a belated X-Mas present. :V

Posstloins

Oh, I've done this in a bit different way. Using the Tsukihime/MB cards to work on YVD. :P

Maybe I could post you what cards I've done for them.

FB twitter: 申し訳ありません、いまのところPC版発売のの予定はありません。RT @sjigjisjrih0ihs: @fura_pan MBAA、またはAACCのPC版は出るのでしょうか?

tldr:They dont have any current plans for PC.

I think we should use this chance to ask them about a PS3/360 release!

*sad panda modo activated*

Welp, all we can do now is ask them to make MBAACC become dlc for PS3. <.<

The video posted doesn't exactly give me an impression either way. The matches seen involving Nanaya had him fight Nero and Warcuied(x2). Nero has one of the better defenses and HP in the game, and Red Arc's defense and HP are lackluster. Nanaya breaking 3k with a standard BnB on Red Arc is no surprise really.

To be honest, the damage characters are pulling off in 1.05 is very similar to pre-CC if I may suggest such a sweeping generalization. If one is playing MBAA PS2, 1.05 damage looks very similar, if not almost identical.

I think French Bread is just trying to subsequently reward and punish poor patriots such as myself for fighting free. :nyoro:
I checked now. C Nanaya can do this much damage since MBAA. His combos damage grew about 400 from MBAC to MBAA. But in MBAA it was ok since every character had high damage combos... Now in CC that other characters are doing less damage, well, thats too much I think..

Well, had to register to fb (and I kinda don't like the fact I can't use an alias there. >_>), and I see some skipped details.

Until stuff about a job search are not clear, count me in.

hey alchemist r u from the deceased last arc forum?

Yep, Acade´mico. *1 minute of silence for Last-Arc* ;_;

I'm one of the many that started with Street Fighter 2 as their first fighting game, but, I've been more of Mortal Kombat than SF (especially the old school MK).

Pretty much, the only card game that has caught my attention has been Yu-Gi-Oh TCG.

When going to the center, I always carry my Alien Deck (no love for Aliens. D: ).

And when playing with foreign people, well, I just use YVD. I'm kinda an active member of the YGO community.

Akiha's Tea Room / Re: Introductory Thread (Take off your shoes, please)
« on: November 25, 2010, 04:46:53 PM »
i'm new the forums and melty blood, got mbac on pc, and need more ppl to play and help me get decent at.  I only play 2 ppl on my msn list occasionally and get beaten easily.

I am not good with anyone but think i like akiha vermillion most because of her character.
:prinny:

Well, practicing is of course one of the main factors to improve. Taking a good while in understanding how your characters play is important. With every day passing, you end learning something new. owo

*sees Akiha waiting for my introduction* Coming... >_>;

Might as well introduce myself properly. Well, I'm the Alchemist of Atlas (you might know now from who did I take this nick :V) Despite I'm kinda new to this forum, I've taken my time knowing about MB, and I've been an active player for over almost 2 years. So, yep. Glad to step in here to know more feelow players and fans too. owo
