Hey! We play as Classic Game Junkie in Glenside - the address is in the OP: http://www.meltybread.com/forums/regional-community/philly-thread-we're-in-nec's-back-yard/msg96131/#msg96131

We play BB, AH3LM, and we'll be playing UNiEL too! May wanna also check out the Dustloop Philly thread since most of us only post there now -- http://www.dustloop.com/forums/index.php?/topic/5994-philly-thread-20-lets-play-daemon-bride/page-48

I'll weigh in as well.

We should have space for at least one Melty setup, but our focus will be on the newer games (AH3LM and UNiEL). Since we're going back to the other venue, space is a concern of mine, and we're going to need 2-3 setups for AH3LM and UNiEL both -- I don't wanna be scrunched in needlessly.

Melty is a side game at this point - we may only have space for one setup, so please prepare for that.

Just a reminder that we want to start sign-ups for this as soon as possible. We'll keep you guys updated but we're aiming to start sign-ups at noon and take them until 1 or 1:30PM.

4
Thanks guys! Think we're all set now! Just make sure to stop by the anime room early on Saturday morning and introduce yourself to me if we haven't met!

5
Thanks LivingShadow! Added you too!

6
Thanks Cookie! That's one!

Hey guys,

Can I get some confirmation on setups for the Melty tournament? I want laptops for this, preferably 3 of them. For streaming top 4, we'll also need a laptop with HDMI output.

Can anyone who is going post back if you are going to be bringing a setup we can use for the tournament?

1. Cookie (No HDMI Out)
2. LivingShadow (Has HDMI Out)
3. SuperScience890 (Has HDMI Out)

8
Also! We can stream some of Melty as long as someone gives me a laptop with HDMI out that is still useable as a setup while we stream.

Big thanks to everyone who came out to TFC -- hope y'all had a great time!

Thanks again for doing the recordings Tim; sorry we couldn't get it streamed but I'm glad you were able to capture it on your computer!

Hope to see you guys at NEC for MBAA as well!

Thanks to everyone who came out and to all of those who were watching our stream as well! Tigre will be posting up the results shortly!

Also, streaming Melty via HDMI out went very well, so I definitely think we can do this for Summer Jam! Hope you guys enjoyed the Melty play!

Welp, if it's the same weekend as SJ I can't make it then. Gotta be at SJ to help run shit and support Eric.

12
Also, if we have a laptop with HDMI out, I'd like to try to stream Melty top 4. Can we make this happen? :3

Hey all,

As long as we have a laptop with HDMI out that I can put into my capture devices, then we can do it. I don't think I would want Melty running on the stream computer just because I don't want too many processes on it while it's streaming and it would mean we would lose the ability to monitor the stream properly as well.

That and I don't want my computer randomly messing up or slowing down during people's tournament matches.

As long as we can do HDMI out from a laptop or another setup, we can!

I think Top 4/8 would be fine to stream (depends on the bracket size).

otakon vs bbg isn't even a question

gotta play children's card games at the con

 8-) 8-) 8-)

fix'd

If it's in NYC, I'd probably be down to come. Probably would ride up with Jimmy or something.

Oh, I was doing a callout for a gathering last weekend. lol

This Friday is Roku's thing at 8 on the Break in NJ so I'm gonna be there for that, and then hang around in the area.

Next weekend I'm sure there will be more AP at GJ!

If it ends up being AP, I'm sure myself/Tigre (and Tonberry, if he wants to/feels comfortable with it) can bring at least the game, PS3s, and some monitors for it since there is no way we'd expect you to spend $100 to import the game unless you wanted to, Roku.

Aquapazza telling the other games to stay free.

Let'z go Future Tamakis of America.

Hey, if AP ends up being the second game, I'd come out for that. If it's bi-weekly, I'd come once a month, most likely.
