jBC jBC 214C is about making sure there is as little a gap between 3c and the first jB as possible.

The timing between 2c and 3c seems to make no difference for this combo in particular.
Don't delay too long between 2c and 3c or you may move too far forwards before you jump against some chars (HVsion / Miyako for example). You need a sdj after the first jBC, and all the inputs after 3c need to be quick.

I can't explain the timing any better than that, you'll have to grind it out..

jBC jBC 214C works from raw 2c 3c with or without delays between, and is the same from any normal ground confirm with 2A's etc.  Works against everyone except the nekos.


Another way to squeeze damage potential out of the character is to work on landing 5[C] nice and low consistently after 214C.

5[C] into 2C, or 5[C] 5A4C when they are slightly high/you're too early. 5[C]2C 22A j(A/B)C jBC 623 is pretty much the damage ceiling for F from 214C.

you can lock an orb, confirm into 623[A] and remain holding [A] to input some usefull directions then hold [D] again before the 623 animation finishes.

421C[D] XX 623[A,-D] 4,4[D,-A] 5C

the moving orb notech combo at 35seconds -after 5c i believe he's holding A for the first jumping normal and letting go of D there. the rest of the inputs (if you're clean) move the orb into the right place

cheeky.

seems obvious but you can place orb inputs during long animated moves for positioning and also hide orb movement during (BC) of (6ABC) where you can push or hold any direction freely

I was wondering if anyone knows how to host automatically from a shortcut to cccaster without selecting it. It is posible to add any arguments to the shortcut to do this? Thanks for the good work.

This works easily with 1.1, try this in the target field of the shortcut.

"C:\XOXO\cccaster.exe" "46318"

I couldn't get 2.0b to operate in a similar fashion though, i did try using  /k commands too but no success.
If you could get the string to punch "1" then "enter" we would be laughing ; )

I think you used an ExCancel while recording the numbers which made the meter gain lower than normal.

^This was true and it should all be fixed now. Ill continue reformatting the rest as i have a few extra parts to put in, usefull OTG strings and techpunish information etc.

To note a good suggested method to test from 0% meter, set to Infinite then back to Normal and you will have no penalties and 0% meter.

Irysa's work on the Ctohno page helped a fuckton in learning this game in general, props to that writeup and his attention to detail.

I started filling in HAoko's page recently, partly as im a trainingmode and notepad fiend, but mostly thanks to some recent jp videos that showcased the potential of the character along with the excellent ps2 forums / accumulated knowledge from discussion with more experience players. The formatting is pretty terrible but i will endeavour to tidy it up for anyone else to contribute easily to it.

-Nero - AT - 2b2c 5awhiff)6aa 4[c] 2b2c... works VS Nero but only midscreen/ not fully in the corner.

Everyone else can fall into some form of the ground loop from AT; as far as i can tell using the same list i came up with before confirmed by this recent video for H/F.

I have found one minor difference to do with how inputs are handled with/without caster, only really affects chars that need to hold buttons and use negative edge i think. Aoko orb release, perhaps Nero snakes etc.

With Aoko, when holding an orb with either A or B and then using the AB macro, the orb is forced to release and pops despite still holding down the initial button. Hope that makes sense?

Thank you so much! ps2 stick with inpin works perfectly for me on w7 32bit, in about an hours play i only noticed one instance of a dropped input. UK - Germany feeling s0 much tighter than the DirectConnect. Tested using 1.0d

Whether or not you can use 2A, 2B or just 2C is character specific

airbourne opponent '4[c] > 2b2c' works on about half the cast.  '4[c] 66~[3] 3b 2c' makes midscreen combos much easier

I found that with some funky air movements you can extend the combo with j6b (MOREDUSTPLEASE :o) as there are no more jumpcancels available this is the only option to do so..

I figured it might be worthwhile with extra damage, but im getting an extra whopping 100  :emo:

Requires you to be within a fairly small distance (MIDscreen) to work as the j[c] will always dump the opponent past the Exbento, you need the corner there to trap them onto it, however you can't be too close to the corner or the Exdust won't be able to push back (forgive me for stating the obvious)

Im from the south of England, and fell in love with Sensei and Sion in Act Cadenza. Iv been FIGHTAN since my Amiga version of StreetFighter2, and now Current Code has almost completely drawn my attention away from every fighter that i used to play. (still find me on GGPO playing Garou occasionally)
