Niggaz still play?
I'm hoping that MBAA will get play, so I can start playing this terrible amazing game again.

I'm waist deep in SC4, T6, and SF4.
Knee deep in BB.
Ankle deep in THE BLOOD.

Anyone play any of those other games too, or have you all moved onto FATE?

Kinda old, but who has the sub-top 8 reps for this?

I'll be here, thank Jiyuna for the heads up.
Won't be staying overnight, but I can stay till hella-late in the evening, maybe until CTF's closing time (no idea when that is).

....Learning BB, MBAA, SF4, AND Tekken 6 is hurting me in the pants.
Where my wallet resides.

*Raises hand*
Oooh, oooh, I wanna sign up for MBAC at this, since I'm gonna be at the tournament and I enjoy MB.

Oh, and I think I might be fucked for the Team Tournament, because I do not have a team
I dunno who in their right mind would want / trust me for it.

I'm not picky

$16 round trip.
NOOOOOO!!!
That was totally for this week.
If you guys are down for melty, though, let me know and I'll try to arrange something of a GATHERING down here.
Not hard to do.

That's 1.
I have a pretty big house, so I'll accommodate as many as necessary.

If I were to hold a melty overnight shindig at my house on Tuesday night, Wednesday night, or Thursday night, who would be able to come?

I'm thinking the number hovers somewhere around ZERO, but after the BBG5 Hype, I'm still heated for melty.
If you wanted to stay overnight, you could.
Plenty of space.
I promise I wont rape you.
...maybe.

12
I would like to trade in any EXP points I get for a lv.15 Rape-a-choo.
PKMN battles SON.

I wonder if the assassin's aren't Brandino and Arlieth

Because we came to the last 5 EC tournies, Jiyuna.

This time we :fap: :fap: :fap: :fap: :fap: ed
What's your excuse? ^_^

Props to Sp00ky for shutting down the J-Train when it mattered.
Props to Steve for dropping only one match due to dropped combos to the J-Train once (I bet).
Holy shit, I know there were only 20 people, but how did Justin Wong get 3rd, jeez.

I wanna see his Sion, the dude doesn't know the meaning of tournament nerves anymore.

Extra Props to XAQ, were you stuck on the AH2 machine again?

16
I'm the one who should apologize for the second part,
I didn't realize it was important, just interesting that you two were whispering in a crowd of 10-12 people.

Melty apologies, what's good?
Not them Xianor block strings....

17
And I recall me coming back and asking someone why you were so pissed off at me needing to walk in front of a casual match for the bathroom.
I was told it was a tournament match, and immediately felt horrible, but it's tough to apologize to someone you're sure hates you now.

Calling my sincerity bullshit is you shitting on your own dinner, no wonder you have indigestion.
I'm obviously an asshole that was looking to fuck you up for some yucks.

I won't let it happen again, padre.

18
edit: too many :blah:

Sorry, accident, I'll apologize in person, kitty.

19
@ Chibi
LoL
This is gonna be a tough road if you can't take jokes and silliness.
All I did was stand next to you Zar while you were whispering to each other, and started to pretend to whisper.
Then I got the stone cold looks, so I assumed you were talking about something important, Serious Business!!!!!, and respectfully left you alone.

Btw, even though I don't really care about it anymore, just wanna set it straight that you were there for the dinner invite, since I was looking at you when I said it, and Zaelar made the random comment that he's too broke for it and we all laughed, and I told him to "win the damn tournament then", and asked Zar to drop out for Zaelar to have food for his kids.

Still, bridge, water, under it, etc, nothing big.

20
And the number thing - That totally happened.
That was an awesome man-up moment that made me think "I could easily end up liking these guys" and "maybe we all just got off on the wrong foot". Hacker and I talked about it, and we came to that conclusion.

So I came to the next tournament, in a good mood, totally not caring about how things were last week.
"This is a good day".
You guys were cool, smash players were fun to talk to, but talking to or making random jokes to anyone but Steve was met the same way:
 :slowpoke:

I still didn't care! This was miles above how BBtG was, and the fact that there were other random people to shoot the shit with didn't hurt.

So I tried to invite you guys to come and eat, chill, and have fun at any food place, which was me going the extra step and trying to have a local forum where we could talk, joke around, have fun, and get to know each other past whatever our differences were.
My annoyance with BBtG was by then completely forgotten and squashed, and I treated you like I'd treat any friend in any gaming community I've ever met. Cause no matter what community, when you all sit down and make jokes and talk about random stuff and have run while eating, it all differences fade into nothing.

Half an hour later, you came back with food for you and your boys.
That, my friend, was when I knew this wasn't just any gaming community.
This was Melty Blood. I was honestly more pissed at that moment than any other in the MB scene.
But unlike how I lashed out the first time, I just took my leave afterwards.
Then I went on here and explained how it all that made me feel.

Sorry for any previous confusion.
And apologies for acting how I did.
Guess it wasn't as big to you as it was to me.
So I'm [dropping] it.

21
Sigh.
Ok, calling out attacks was my way of figuring out which is which.
Especially Aoko, it also lets the opponent know I'm keeping track of his orbs.
There was no malice behind it, so apologies if it aggravated you guys.

Since we're throwing stuff out there...
What's more aggravating is having someone tell you mid-match you suck and shouldn't mash 2a, etc.
Especially if you're winning, and they're saying your trash because you poked them out of a delay or a throw attempt or something.
No names.

I already let this go, so  :fap:
And thanks for being civil.

Uh....SC is a shitty game, dude. Step it up in games that actually matter.

Sorry.
You're full of shit now.
E-thuggin' love.

I thank everyone for their testimonials.
I'm glad you guys had a much different experience than what I did.

"We had good experiences, must be something wrong with you."
What I say is just :blah: now, since the entire scene is against me saying I must be at fault.
Apologies to all, this is just a game, so there's no reason why I can't just drop it.

[Dropped]

Even Arcana Heart players I greatly respect are coming out to hate, cool beans.
That means everything he's said so far means nothing...
Thanks for the update, Sabin.

DS: You know, you're lots of :blah:, I guess that's how you have fun
but sayin Soul Calibur doesn't matter is... :mystery:.

Don't know if you expected to see me in Melty majors, since I've only been playing for a few months...
I've been there, since SC is usually at fighting game majors like NEC and Final Round.
If you were at NEC8, I was the one who got 2nd. Guess you weren't at that major.
Why are you stuck on that "top-level" comment?

'Hacker' used hispanic Ciel.
The yellow one, evertime.

Edit: LoL, did I just get a "warning level" for speaking what I feel is the truth about the what I experienced?
Or is it just that I said things that weren't nice about important people?
This place is funny. I didn't make any of this up or embellish, this happened. Guess "truth" is cause for concern.

People like DS are the cool ones. Don't remember mentioning you. You're response to me IRL was so damn cool that I couldn't even fit it into this. :blah:
Just cause you only play melty blood, doesn't mean a new guy here can't be top in the country at something else. :psyduck:

Spooky, it's cool. Your house is your house. I'm not forcing an invite.
Just it was a "Melty Blood community", so when you go to a tournament, you dont expect to be kicked to the streets immediately after.
I made a tiny one-phrase offhand comment about the invite only thing, since it was the first time it ever happened to me in a Gaming community. I understand from your comment that you were not inviting "MB players" to your pad, you were inviting your friends. So it's ok.
Get pissed at your leisure.

Oh, about the "Not making a good impression" thing, like I said, I guess I wasn't good enough to warrent your approval.
I was outgoing, entertaining, and tried to introduce myself to everyone. I talked to anyone I could, and was honestly surprised when people were not much more responsive that the cement floor we played on.
That's the problem with being "new" to a scene. You get surprised by how different people are, and how little they can care about you when you're not on their level.

Thanks for bringing that up, Dakanya.
And "getting in" with them isn't really high on my list anymore.

But like I said, I'm not saying this to make fun of you guys or anger you.
I'm saying this so you can see how this community looks through a new player's eyes.
