I'll be running a melty blood tournament on Sunday. $5 entree, double elim, 2/3 games, 3/5 w/l/g finals. Bracket separation by state for those who want it.

I want to get two setups for this, but I only have one(tv+laptop). Can anyone else bring a second, or even half of one? It isn't a very large place so we probably won't be able to get more than two, which should be enough anyway.

That’s right we are adding $100 pot bonuses for each of our four most popular games. I will see about putting some other trinkets together to give you guys some gift cards and such to some comic shops.

Doors open at 12pm, short time for setup.

Casuals until 2:30pm.

Tourney signups start at 2pm for OFFICIAL games. This means MvC2, ST, 3s, CvS2, Guilty Gear, and anything else announced between now and then.

Tourney signups end at 3pm. Brackets are made and all official tournaments start at 3pm. Guilty Gear/Melty Blood might start later as I am not running those.

As always, after singles events end there will be more casuals

Parking is next door and is $25 flat rate for all day long. There is also LOTS of good food in the area.

Now…let the hype begin!!

I'm not 100% sure how it went after that. I gave dippy the bracket to assist him with properly labeling the videos.

Recap:

It was a rough bracket for some. Sp00ky vs Heartnana, and Zar the Biscuit vs Zaelar were both played in the first round. Sp00ky and myself fought through losers to attain our ranks, both of us getting eliminated by Zar. In winners semi-finals, Heartnana sent Dippy to losers, and Xaq sent Zar to losers. Xaq sends Heartnana to losers in winners finals. In the losers bracket, Sp00ky eliminates Dippy, and Zar eliminates Zaelar leaving them with fifth. Zar defeats Sp00ky for fourth, and Heartnana defeats Zar leaving him with third and finally Xaq defeats Heartnana in grand finals, which Heartnana made go to the second set.
