Ciel's Tech Support / Arcade Stick Config

I have a Hori Real Arcade Pro V4 Hayabusa arcade stick and every time i go to play the game, the stick wont work. buttons work fine but the directions dont. I'm aware this is a problem with other people and ive read that changing "configuration on the stick" works. The stick has a ps3/ps4 mode which doesnt effect PC use, but i still tried to change with no avail. It works perfectly fine with other games like USF4.
