Curry list Overbuying a little is kinda-sorta necessary, as curry has to be adjusted while cooking so it tastse right for everyone. I'm going to make a lot, so make sure you guys leave room in your stomaches. Also, we don't have to use all of the stuff I'm going to list here if you guys are picky.
3lbs Chicken Breast
2 onions
1 garlic clove(Powder is a cheap substitute. I refuse to accept that. :|)
3-4 carrots
5 potatoes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 apple
1 bar of chocolate(Or some Hershey Kisses...not much chocolate is needed.)
1 stalk of celery
The bay leaves and coconut milk are things I've never tried using before, but we can go with them. Also, make sure you have ample amounts of rice - jasmine and white both work. Two packets of the S&B brand of curry mix should be fine. It'll probably take half an hour to fourty minutes to get all of this done. Any suggestions/input are welcome.
