Good shit. The more people come, the more I'll be inclined to learn the game further. Right now, I'm just mashing and hoping for the best. I'm working on funds to get my stick modded so I can play shit on the PS2 now. Pad Melty sucks balls.

DM would've been nice but they're closed unfortunately. But it's not to early to start asking people for rides. There are quite a few people in CT who can be nice enough to give you a ride provided you have gas money.

It's good that we finally got shit going but I'm going to have to agree with Tom on this one. The fee is a bit high for MB. I honestly think we should lower it to 5 dollars. I'd say wait until the scene gets bigger before bumping it to 10.

And how'd you know I was bringing a setup? It's like you read my mind. :D

Sup guys. I'm kona. I primarily play Street Fighter 4, Super Turbo (HD Remix also), and Blazblue. I played Melty Blood for the first time this previous Friday and I must say, I'd love to play this game at a competitive level. I'm from Western Massachusetts so the scene is relatively barren. However, the scene is better for when I go Battlegrounds (a LAN center in Connecticut) which is where I first touched Melty. So far, I'm liking F-Akiha. So hopefully, if local scene expands in my area, you'll be looking at another player to rep the East Coast.
