Yawn, remakes.
Not gonna read it.

You forgot to mention where you are located. You should just join the IRC channels and such things.
Posting on the forum does little good unless you intend to keep hosting 24/7.

Philippines... you're fucked :/
I'll fight you since you're an Aoko player, though anything over 4 delay is likely to end in grief.

more like, what can't she do with oki orb? Go nuts, dude.

If your opponent likes mashing reversals on wakeup, let the orb hit meaty for you while you block.
If they're respecting, go for mixup and use the orb for a fancy combo or extend your blockstring if necessary. It also lets you go for both meaty and catching a backdash at the same time.

Or just set your OS to Japanese which saves you the trouble of having to do anything the next time you install something.

Is there a patch that lets you select your announcer voice?
Nope, it was removed from the PC version for no reason at all and there is no official nor fan made patch to bring it back.

I don't understand the brick comment, but I can only assume that most of ya downloaded it.  Can't blame ya though given the circumstances.  It is just as worse to buy this online as is Radiant Silvergun.  If I can get the game, I totally do.  I only download if there is no other way.
Just be an honest fellow and buy the game when it's released; no reason to torment yourself with waiting in the meantime.

Act Cadenza is a fun game, the PC version has some updates and good netplay compared to console but lacks the option to select announcer voice. Aoko and Kouma have good enough arcade stories with a nice song at the end if you're into that stuff.

If you like hoarding fighting games then it's not a bad one to have, but don't expect it to see much action now that CC is out.

I do want to buy it legally though

I don't know how you'd get the installer to run properly on Win 7, but I'm pretty sure it'll work if you install it on a computer with a proper OS like XP, then move that installation over to your laptop.

Still desyncs for no reason. Still getting stupid framerate issues with certain people despite stable ping, and these people are able to get stable framerate with other people.

Been waiting years for this.
This game's gonna take Super Smash Bros' place as the best party game :fap:

Hope it fixes the ridiculous random frame rate drops.

Not getting the shitty game.
Tried for hours to get fucking GFWL to even run and it DOES. NOT. FUCKING. WORK!
Doesn't help either that every time something goes wrong I get some really smug asshole error message.

Y'all ought to just join my glorious 256 man room instead of being spread around various 5 limit servers.
Staying on IRC is also adviced.

NetPlay Community / Re: Alternative matchmaking program for MB:CC?
« on: June 17, 2012, 11:28:39 AM »
I think the Mizuumi IRC channels already fill this role nicely; finding matches is not a problem.
Finishing a match before it desyncs due to shitty japanese programming is harder.

Same as Caster equals satisfactory.
If it's the same as Ecole/FB's then it needs work.

Conditions for when the product can be considered complete would of course be agreed upon before a deal is made.

How are we supposed to get scammed if the deal is that we pay after receiving a satisfactory product?

My PS3 stopped reading discs yesterday, and the box is sealed with a fucking torx screw of all things, meaning i won't be able to open it and attempt to fix it until Monday when the stores are open.
I hate consoles.

I've been playing Dark Soul's whenever I've had free time lately.
I bought Demon's Souls two or three days ago thinking it'd be interesting enough even without online stuff. I was pleasantly surprised when i saw blood stains and messages all over the place as i ventured past the tutorial level.

As for that link; a lot of sites seem to be saying the same, so hopefully it's all true. If it is, that means i should be safe as long as i don't buy a retail copy.

EDIT: I think the article is just badly written. The game is likely sold through Steam but still requires GFWL.

Maybe we could pay him a part of the whole amount as a deposit, and transfer the rest when the job is done. Then both parties profit.
Unlikely.

"Since this is a pay-for-deliverables project, you will bid a fixed price to complete the entire job. If you win and complete the work according to contract, you will be paid completely at the end (or partially as each of your optional milestones arrive)."

Although he suggested doing it outside of vw, these rules must still apply.

If he is able to make it work as well as Caster with all its features then I'll have no complaints; 1500 dollars is not a terribly large amount, especially if many people contribute.

Now then, the conditions.
Would he agree to receive the full payment once the product is complete and in satisfactory condition?
If bugs are discovered after the job is done, would he agree to fix them?

I bet people'd be reluctant to donate with no guarantee of success, and those who do donate would be bitter if the final product isn't useful.
