I've noticed that mbcaster always displays the recommended delay instead of the inputted delay to Player 2 before starting up MBAC.

Then you might want to register your nick with NickServ on pyoko, so I can add you to the op list.

Also, is there anywhere else we can advertise this tournament?  Like other forums and IRC channels?

Woo!  I hope we get more people than last month.  Also we're still using the same room?

Some questions:

1.  Should we mention the type of match in our e-mails?
2.  Can we change characters between matches?
3.  I already asked this in my e-mail but in your examples are the numbers in Multiplying[####] supposed to be our ID numbers?
4.  So are we responsible for calculating our own scores if we want to know what it is?

Maybe.  Not right now at least.  Ask again after winter break. =p

[Edit]
Tumbleweed.

I think RabidCh was referring to the program to calculate the ladder scores.

Ah, thanks for the info Mauve.

37
We'll tell you when it finishes.  So far we've only done the first round.  About 21 people showed up from what I can tell.

Unfortunately my connection is going to significantly be degraded compared to today during tomorrows rounds.  SWP says the next one will be all in one day though, at least.

So, since I looked around and couldn't find anything talking about it, apparently Mauve's Caster is all the craze these days.

Anyone care to fill me in on how it is or is not different from Tropsy's Caster?  Besides the lovely feature of remembering your last menu choices.

I'm in too, now that I actually know what's going to happen.

40
Say, you think there should be an info post somewhere around here?  It's kind of hard to know what's going on if you have to read the whole thread to get an idea of what's happening.  Like where we're meeting, how it's going to work, etc.

NetPlay Community / Re: So, Hamachi Networks
« on: December 10, 2007, 09:50:07 PM »
Well, all the Hamachi networks I've joined seemed pretty informal, but I've only been on a couple when I couldn't establish a connection any other way.  As for HisuKoha, they're actually not used all that often from what I can tell.  Hisui maining is pretty rare, but you do see Kohaku leading a fair bit.  They're not really cheap, unless you're a total novice playing against someone who keeps slamming chairs into your face.  You definitely won't get any dirty looks for using em, if that's what you're afraid of.

Dot dot dot.

Each IP address should be unique, baring some unique cases.  I've been able to connect to almost anyone I've encountered, if not directly then through the relay server, except for one case.  Hamachi is, as micxiao stated, in no way required in order to play using MBCaster, and most of the time is not needed.

I might be a bit late, since I'm traveling the hour before the tournament starts, but I'll try to be on at 5 MST.  Just letting you know.
