Wow...I didn't know people in the Melty Blood community were such assholes.
Or maybe it's just people who curse, and act like jerks, and make it look like the Melty Blood community is made up of assholes.
I've gotten the same impression from many people in the MB community(whatever part of it they hail from)

Less interaction with the community and more playing = better gaming IMO

Nice matches^^

IMO theres nothing wrong with uploading your stuff, I think its good to see activity, I've even put some of mine up nobody has had a heartattack from it yet >.>

Doesn't this happen to everyone attempting to play Melty using anti-aliasing?
You can't AA 2d..

Also why is this flyer pink?
Yes it does. . .

btw. . .MB woudlnt cause your graphics card to overheat infact while playing MB even in full screen all settings your graphics shouldnt go even 1C over the normal idle temps O_o

you cannot change the aspect ratio of MB, you can however stretch the image and play it horribly deformed if you would like to <.<

although i dont quite udnerstand the reasoning you woudl want to run  MB FS on the second screen ... you could possibly do it with Nvidia drivcers as they have some settings for chosing which displays programs display on.

what i usualy do when i play on my laptop with a TV is i change the TV to being primary display  since the game will allways be FS on primary  that works the best, rememebe when the game is full screen you wont be able to use the other screen anyways. . . the other thing you cna do is set the second screen to run in 640x480 and run the game windowed mode and drag the game over doing this would allow you to use the main screen for whatever.

Doing it is easy getting used to doing it on the other heand is alittle less easy lol ... for starters just 2c 5a  after but make sure your at a range where 2c hits and 5a wont  or in blockstrings do any B or C attakc then 5a or 2a whiff you'll get used to it eventually

I think that j.a j.b j.a j.b j.c is her best dmg combo outside of the  ones where you do  3 j'b's though i dunno the dmg for that. but really i think its best to just use whatever hits them  given the situation and such  because the dmg difference isnt all that big anyways . . . or maybe that extra 150 dmg or so from doing say jab jabc instead of jab jbc is game breaking.

btw i kinda like just spaming ja and then a random jb or jc for kicks.

GOD instant j.2c is sooo hard to pull off... i can't seem to consistently do it so i can follow up with a 2b... any tips on how to improve consistency of inputing the j.2c?

i'm also having a slight trouble with tk 236a, half the time it ends up as a super jump.. no idea why.. my input screen shows the same actions: 23698a.. for some reason, 2369a doesnt seem to work :/

i'm using stick btw ;)
Use a Stick, its too hard on a controler or keyboard .. sticks its cake.

you seem to be hitting 9 when you 23368a,  when you do 236  make sure you go directly to 8 and not kinda hit 9 .. i usualy do a similar motion to doing 2367  but just making sure to hit A befor i go to 7 .. and  which 2369 do you mean?  i think i read something about not ebing able to do 2369(Super Jump)  but 2369(Normal Jump) works fine.

So now tactical question, what kinds of methods do you guys use to keep the pressure on while prying for an opening?

I'd like to know aswell, i think my biggest problem is lack of basic presure understanding and such X_X

Yeah, i also think its important to practice allways dashing  in for OTG after Jc, there are more times where you need dashmomentum for OTG to hit than not needing it, unless you use some random OTG that spaces you correctly without it.

got question how many times can i use the loop 2c?
2c  623b?  3 times.

and about punishing heat with AD .. im not really sure using AD for heat punish is worth it, I mean i think Vermillions 5c is just as good as Akiha's 5c for heats.  I'm not sure though so. . .

its prettymuch the same as the DOA4 stick. I have the DOA4 stick that i use when i practice MB ... while i do like it theres a few problems with it .. the dead zone seems to be farrrr to large and also hitting things like 7 9 1 and 3 are quite hard infact usualy they dont register at all,  im new to using japanese style sticks so im not sure if that is how they are but i dont like it.

have you tryed playing other people? and whats thw signal quality on your wireless connection... my experiences you need atleast 3 bars to be able to play .. at 2 bars your lucky if it works(as in not horribly unbearable lagg) ... but at 4+ bars theres really no problems if your playing someone close to you.

Is there any way to get MBCaster to recognize the D pad? Shitty analog on PS2 pad is killing me. If I just have to wait for the next patch, then so be it.
For PS2 pads i think it depends on your converter, With my conveter if i turn off analog mode the depad will work but if i turn it on the stick will work.
Care to tell me the name of the converter you use?

Edit nvm I've found a couple on ebay.
I use a radioshack converter.  I probably was alittle vague i see that there is a point where i could be sligly mistaken, i meant that turning on/off the analog on the controler not the converter(just incase thats how it was interpited)

DDR3 is only in video cards now.
Actually,Check there are some chipsets that support them too, they use the same 240 pin slots that DDR2 uses aswell.

I guess my comparison isnt valid since Turion cores do not exist for the desktop market, but what i said would be "valid" if you were looking at single and dual core athlon chips(turion is not quite an athlon 64) also Pentiums and celerons arent excactly the same core either.

Were going to endup going way off topic -_-.

Desktops are always better that laptops no matter what ever your processer is, it going to run slower on a laptop. A pentium 4 1.8 Ghz is faster than a Celeron 2.5 just because it is porley made and i smade to run with less power. Running one program it is ok but more than one program or a high priority program (aka mbcaster) it will be slower. Also a laptop has to run more processes than a desktop. The fbs (frond-side bus speed) of a laptop is slower than on a desktop as well as the RAM. Laptop DDR2 (fastest RAM out for PC) runs at 400Mhz. while DDR2 for desktops runs at 533Mhz.
As for the wireless, my wireless MIMO runs at 1Gig a second and it runs just fine.(Faster and better than 100mb wired).
My laptop is faster than my Desktop(processing wise) both runing 400mhz FSB, my laptop is a dualcore turion and desktop is a single core Athlon 64 runing dual chanel memmory and OC'd to 2.5ghz(about 4000+speeds) .. the turion is just a simple dual 1.67ghz.

My laptop hosts very well especialy when setting the priority on MBCaster to higher than normal, doing this on my desktop just kills it.

btw, "good" desktops are runing 1.3ghs FSB and the most common FSB's are 667 and 800, not that its all that important with the right timings and settings theres allways a middle ground to be found.  theres also DDR3 which jumps up to about 1.8ghz for FSB ovbiously price vs performance vs size its not even worth it.
