Oh yeah, the first couple of images are actually just black and white versions of boxart of the other games, I think.

5a will whiff on crouching Warakia, however, which means Aoko and Nero have the two tallest crouching hitboxes!

EDIT: Okay, actually trying this in practice mode...I guess it doesn't hit Aoko crouching? Maybe I was stuffing out her 2a's with 5a or something. (ie her hitbox is high enough to get hit by warc's 5a before her 2a finishes coming out) Warc's 5a actually works this way on most of the cast's 2a's...but will still whiff on most of their 2b/2c's.

Ugh, I hate the word priority in MB. Len's just has a better hitbox, unless you're trying to hit something 4 character lengths in front of you.

Nrvnqsr has the worst one!

Isn't uploading videos to Nicovideo a bad idea because it might give them an incentive to start banning non Japan ip's in the future? And if you want to upload videos, we already have youtube, which has an English interface? And if a Japanese person really cares to go find English language combo videos, they should easily be able to go to youtube to search for them?

Not to mention niconicodouga is more a meme site to us if anything what youtube is our equivalent.

After all, there is a youtube.jp...

I'm pretty sure youtube.jp has the same exact videos as all the other youtubes, it just has different videos for topic picks/relevant searches/etc. Not arguing, just pointing it out to others since I didn't totally understand your post.

To players new to MB, those setups are really not good to use at all. Considering Jiyuna went into blood heat whenever possible, he was just focused on humiliating his opponent, is my guess. Who knows what his real intentions were!

No it's not!  They could've wasted their money doing SRW:OG PS2 or SRW:W DS!

Black cats are enough to make her S tier. She wasn't considered as good in the past because she couldn't do them on command, she got them randomly.

I don't expect to see them in Evo either. Why? AH and MB wish they could be as popular as GG. But some people think GG shouldn't be in Evo since its not popular enough. (but there's been stuff like Virtua Fighter there, so hey)

Folks, quit whining. Arcana Heart getting a port is a GOOD thing. It certainly gets more hype than MB, so it'd make more sense to port it over, and it probably has more appeal to Atlus' primary consumers (hardcore weaboo nerds). Now that I think about it, that's probably the EXACT reason why they'd port this over Melty Blood. Pretty, high res sprites, and a cast that looks like its taken straight from the latest moe garbage show. If they have good luck with this series, they might consider investing in Melty Blood too, which could gain popularity for the same reasons.

Its also not that bad of a game. Arcana Heart, that is.

Playing against jiyuna's Nanaya more with a different mindset, I'm finding I'm having a very difficult time zoning him. His very quick movements allow you to quick manuever under your airgame and behind you to punish you while landing when you decide to jump high, and his j.c has such a low hitbox that if you let him above you it'll beat out most of what you do, so I'm just sticking on the ground and waiting for oppenings and trying to sink a 5b into him, occasionally jumping to get away/apply pressure when he's not expecting. Is this the general strat you other warcs take against Nanaya?

Ok im gonna post this before i forget. To everyone coming who's planning on staying over, please bring:
- A towel (for showers)
- A toothbrush (so your breath doesnt stink and stuff)
- A sleeping bag (cause youre prolly gonna be on the floor)
- A pillow (see above)
- Deoderant (you can either put it on yourself or have me tell you that you need some)
- Changes of clothes (i don't want to see you wearing the same shirt for more than a day or two)

Amen to that!

And before we say bye in the thread can you post the address so mapquest stuff can be printed in time and whatnot?

EDIT: Oh, missed that, just saw the comment about address still at the bottom of the first post and assumed it wasn't there.
