I have a question, if I make a server, do I have to be online for others to logon to it? Like my computer can be off and people will still be able to play each other in the server?

Ok Im using a X360 pad and i saw this POV hat thing, does this have something to do with inputting commands because i cant seem to throw a decent blood ring >.> or a good Combo off or even teleport properly.
And whats Joy2Key help me, Im getting owned at Netplay x_x

Im like totally new at this game lol but yeah I might as well put my view on this
My basic combo from the ground is
2A > 2B > 2C > Jump > J.B > J.C > Jump > J.C > J.2C
and I like to fly around with alot of Blood rings.
But heres a question, when you successfully land a 6236C...what do you do after that? Because im new and I dont know how to do things like hitting people while they are recovering and super jumping and continoues rushes x_x
