Akiha's Tea Room / I'm Going to EVO, idc, Get at Me Biatch
« on: April 26, 2012, 11:06:52 PM »
So, with all the hate involved and all, evo is still the cheapest and most affordable tourney for me. So again this year, I'll be going.

I actually wanted to play a lot of MBAACC there but seeing how's the community right now I'm guessing I'll have to be focused on the game I'm entering this year (KOF XIII).

So yeah, get at me. MM in any of this games:

Are accepted, I could play sum SkullGirls and BBCSE too but not sure yet, too kusoge at this moment in my list.

So yeah, Get at me :3
Also, if you feel like donating something (since I'm paying for this trip on my own this time) let me know :3 It'll be appreciated. mwahahahahahaha

I don't see how that's worth it... try with 2A instead of 5A I guess... but, there are better options for Oki.

Post the whole combo and let me see why would you put a 5A before a 236C... either 2C > 236C, otg 236C, or don't do it at all.

I fail to see why 5A > 236C... so yeah, post what are you trying to do.

2C > 236A > 22A > 5A... it's a 2f or something link, not that hard though.

421a overhead beam usage. This is the most common way to use 421a. its techable after j214C but you can bait the tech so most people would not tech.

That is wrong Kilvear... You're supposed to j.214C > land > 2C > 421A
And you get enough time to activate Artillery as meaty, making the 2f link easier to land...

Why would you risk them getting out of it?

2C > B.Slider  has a better recovery for setup. You get more time than you get doing 4C.

I think (not confirmed but) that TK charged orb activates faster.  :nyoro:

1. Is there a way to combo off artillery rain? are you even plus afterwards? I set it up so I was right next to them and couldn't even get 5A to combo on hit which is a bit annoying.
2. Is there a way to combo off her fuzzy when they are crouching? I can't seem to get the 421A to combo but read it was possible, can someone confirm that it combos form the j.C->j.C fuzzy.

Biggets drawback to F-aoko .... i never have meter for heat because I'm too busy blowing fools to smithereens with "Blue Fiyah!"

1. Artillery > 2A > etc (it's a 1f link unless you activate artillery instantly, that way the link becomes easier)
2. Only way to follow up her fuzzy is doing IH > j.C > land > etc

That's not a drawback, that's just your poor meter management. She builds practically 100% in one combo.  :nyoro:

Yeah... I'm all up for this, but I don't know if we have enough info. to be discussing it w/o having touched 1.07 yet :|
Like, I tried doing this a while back before evo, and funny thing is we decided H was the best moon against Kohaku, but it ended up being either F or C.

So yeah, my point is, we can't do much with such a lack of info.
I'll try to help a little meanwhile though, discuss :3

Melty Blood Auditorium / Re: About CasterStats future
« on: November 11, 2011, 10:52:44 PM »
There's not gonna be Caster (at least from Mauve) for this game, it'll be all within the built-in (or patched w/e) netplay the game comees with.

So yeah, no future for this anyways :3

if you guys are comparing this with fuzzy guards, you don't even know what a fuzzy guard is in the first place. So I won't even bother.

Yeah cuz ppl's just gonna stand there waiting for you to do a rejump on them.

That's cool and all, but can't be used in real battle.
And Roa has always been able to do decent dmg but it depends on other things, Like C can do a lot more dmg if you actually use lightning orbs. So yeah.... ZzZzZz

MBAC is dead... FACE IT.
Also, international Netplay is not a good idea when you have delay 10 to play with. LOL Good luck.

Also, someone should move this to the Netplay forum. Personally I can't even take this as a serious tourney w

Battler looks pretty Aokoish in gameplay.

Guess we all know who will I be playing *chinkface*

lol I knew mirror loops wouldn't be possible, you could tell from vids, how ppl werent even OTG'ing off it, so yeah.

Moonsault, yeah you can tell it's easier when it hits even crouching opponents  :V

J.C ... hmmm yeah, I think the only change was how "easier" would it be to crossup j.C (hitting op backwards). C getting back her old fuzzy would be gdlk. (did she?)

I don't know about the rankings but since I haven't touched the game I can't say.
Either way changes for F moon don't look that significative. I even thought it'd be something like F > C/H  instead of that lol I mean, H got her own nerfs, and C got some nice buffs, but I guess that wasn't enough to change the moon ranking we already knew

hoh and also, wth, then F is now something like Garu-ish moon? Lool

Melty Blood Auditorium / Re: Melty Blood on PS3?
« on: November 21, 2010, 10:08:50 AM »
Also, remember that not everyone cares about a scene. Some folks just want to play the game and have fun enough with that, for which a PC or a PS2 are best options, not a fucking $400 PS3. You could buy a laptop that'll run AC just fine now for like $300 or so. If that.

ROFLMAO why are you so retarded? you're not even stating your facts right, let me point it out in case you didn't notice your own contradictory :blah:

1. Yeah, "casual" faggots like yourself that don't really care about the community, don't even post here, I don't see why are you here tbh then, with that kind of thinking.

2. How the fuck is a PC a better option? You got so many factors involved in a pc port, it's been said so many times before I won't even bother listing them, yeah it'd help lazy and casual fagz to play it, but that's not how a fg scene works, casuals are just passing by, and if they really get into the game they care about making it grow. PS2? yeah cuz like, everyone has a ps2 (jap/modded). Get real, most ppl have sold their ps2 by now, only people here that has one is because they care about the scene and take the bother, a lot of times, to travel along with it (and even carrying TVs) JUST so that the community can have a good time playing the game. So I don't see casual people having a ps2 for this game. (PCSX2 you say? that shit input laggs bad, I use it, but If I could I'd buy a ps2 just to play MBAA)

3. Get your facts straighten up before you post gibberish, if someone has 300 bux for a "laptop that can run AC", you can get a ps3 for THE SAME FUCKING PRICE.

Also, I agree with Ehrik, this thread should be closed seeing how it's getting so dumb.

Mexicoast is too intoxicated with all the 02vanilla there is.  :emo:

Hard to make a scene here, specially when sad ppl keep doing "online netplay tournaments" of MBAC loooooool
Yay no Scene.

Whoever wishes for a PC port over a PS3 one, is BRAIN DEAD  :mystery:

If you don't have a ps3, go to some MB tourney and take U.S. money to buy one  :prinny:
