yeah i saw a hrap3 but see it still doesnt solve the whole it works for both ways cuz i have a 360 and a PC.

What i really dont understand is the whole nitpick thing. I dont doubt the hrap is better than this dealie i bought for less than 50 bucks; ive seen its specs and testimonials, hell ive actually tried it out before (hrap2 not 3).
But among that:
1. both has japanese style stick and buttons (though not precisely the same)
2. both was made by the same company
3. I play fighting games on either with no difference.

So yes, I dont understand the whole "piece of shit" thing when both are very similar.
Sooo ok you might say yeah youre a noob you cant tell the difference, that's fine Ill accept the noob title since i really didnt buy a stick to be labeled something to the note of "stick pro". I bought it cuz it works and it has yet to piss me off in terms of complying with my inputs.

I press a button it works, I do a 236 it works, i do a MBAC IAD (6956) it works, i do a shoryuu it works, a TK it works. So how is this a piece of shit again?

from what i know HRAPs are ps2 sticks. I like the USB in this cuz i use it for both PC and my 360.

That and I actually adapt (omg) so little differences between arcade sticks do not bother me, as long as the joystick is balltop and the buttons are japanese style and it responds to button presses.

I ordered some vinyl sheets online that's like a sticker. Its like a sticker you can print something on and is water resistant.

I planned to cover the whole face part of this hori ex2 arcade stick with this.

Ideally you'd remove the buttons for this but since the damn stick isnt cooperating as its insides makes it tough to remove the buttons just to put a decal I tried just measuring and cutting the sheet to fit perfectly around the buttons and the stick.

Well that failed...measurements has to be really precise for it to look good =(
but I salvaged it by cutting out part of a pic and just sticking it between the joystick and button. Looks quite nice but the stick looks lacking. Maybe Ill print out something like "arcueid brunestud or Melty Blood or maybe Melty bread logo if I am allowed to.

Heres what came of it:

or maybe i should just leave it be? what do you guys think?

I felt like placing the logo on the next one i draw (Wont be chibi this time) and perhaps iron on transfer it to one of my white shirts.

for an alternative to joy2key, a more user friendly program exists called xpadder

http://www.xpadder.com/

You can load up a picture of your stick (I use the DoA stick image) and map things out so you dont have to try to remember which one is "button 9" or "button 10"
