ahaha that's no--wait, what?

Been working with this ever since I saw the Sacchin vid where she super armors the sheild counter. I tested this out with WarcC.
Ground: After being sheilded, instead of holding up back, try doing sheild bunker (costs no meter!) for knockdown, or 623C/214C (623C is best damage). Geass ring won't work, it isn't invincible on startup. None of the ground normal teleports will work either.
Air: If you have the meter, cancel into 214C. If you don't, you can cancel into any of the air teleports to avoid it successfully. J2C will also super armor through the counter.

I would say cancel into j.2C is the most economical of these, especially against taller characters. You can still take some oki after a low j.2C that lands the last hit.
But canceling into 214C sounds the best offensively, particularly if they are in the corner. You get super jump oki and maybe even OTG?

Another benefit of J214C is that you don't need to react. J2C on block is probably a bit minus, not too sure, but J214C is definately safe.
J214C launches on ground hit, this means you get a good 4.5k combo+knockdown. Definately the best option IMO if you have the meter.

is this really a fucking thread

It is now that you're here!

Is 3c a good ground shield counter? I don't have a ps2 so I wouldn't know
if so, then 3c into double otg(does it still work?) on the corner, 2b5b623c into wallslam combo if warc's back is on the corner, or otg into tech punish midscreen

3C can not be chained in to, so you can't counter shields with it.
Double OTG isn't possible, OTGing at all after some combos doesn't work due to the gravity system in AA.
