I'll be there as close to 7 as possible. I'm guessing we're going to dinner right after. Dippy I hope you don't miss my text messages like you did last week. Don't get left behind. :-X btw my car still thinks your name is "Hippy".

GGs in Xrd Luke. I'm glad you showed up because if I had to listen to these guys' drivel about idols any longer I would've had to put a bullet into every one of them. And it turns out I'm not the only one. Since I was half asleep for most of it, all I truly heard was "H-F would like such and such because they're blue." STOP trying to tempt me. I see what you're trying to do. >:(

So the Dave & Busters is pretty close by as expected because I've been around that area multiple times. As expected they do have a couple of Tekken 7 machines. I can't tell exactly how much it is per credit because you have to buy one of their cards and add points to it. I tried playing Kazumi because she's the character I really want to use but couldn't really do much of anything without a command list. Only played through the arcade mode several times because it's only 5 stages sadly. I will say her tiger uppercut is simply d/f+2. No fancy inputs, no crouch dash, just d/f+2. lol I suppose in the off chance that I ever host or when my birthday rolls around, we can take a trip down there to play it and have dinner. And unless people have their own D&B card, credits would be on me just to make things easy and we could work something out from there. wtf happened to putting quarters into machines? Shows you how much I've kept up to date with arcade games. On a semi-related note since it's also made by Bamco, they have Time Crisis 5 machines. Hard to believe that series is still around. If you need birthday gift ideas, NPB(?) and SF5 are both released pretty close to my birthday. :)

Unfortunately I lost my chance to play AH3LM last night due to expressing ever so minor disappointment. But the opportunity will come next weekend when I have the controls. NO surprises there. HOWEVER, Dippy....someone kinda spent a little time with their "gift" and it wasn't me. :-X As for next weekend's plans, I did inquire about that, but I forgot, we don't plan. We only discuss things the night before or the day of. Silly me. :bricks:

Its just a fun rhythm game. And a fun anime. What could go wrong? If not idols its not like theres a bunch of other stuff we could recommend  :laffo: I mean we all had a great time watching High School of the Dead right? Right!?

Well if people want to plan we have this very forum for that! Maybe this time we can go to chillis when john madden FOOTBALL isn't being broadcast. Actually have the movie/anime night we've been talking about. Plan which games we want to play. Or just watch jontron all night again. W/e works.

The AMC theater by Chili's has 7:15/9:15/10:30 showtimes on Sat, so we could do dinner first or movie first after Tempered gets out.  Or we can forgo Star Wars and I can bring over Frozen, Yakuza Apocalypse, Cooties, The Martian, or whatever else you guys might want to watch.  Or we can watch the iM@S:CG anime and do Chili's at some point.  Or whatever.  Planning, go.

I'd like to have Chili's this weekend if possible. I'm guessing if the Chili's and AMC are that close together, we should plan around the showtimes. I've heard that Star Wars is approximately a 2 hour movie so that should give us a rough estimate as to when we'll be leaving the theater. I think the easiest option might be going to the movie first at 7:15 and then we can head to Chili's afterwards and hopefully the wait time won't be nearly as long after 9 pm. Of course, that requires us to be at the theater around 7 and given the circumstances, I'm not sure if we'd get there in time. My guess is that both the theater and Chili's might be busy around that time. If we went to dinner first, then we'd have ample time to make the 9:15 showing. Those are my thoughts.

You have to learn to appreciate the finer things in life, Tempered.  I guess we can play games if you guys want.  I can pick up Tempered on my way over if that's what you'd rather do.

Time frame? There's a good chance I'll be having dinner before I head over.

I suppose in an attempt to plan ahead, is anyone busy 2 weekends from now (Feb.5-6)? The reason I ask is because I'll have my house all to myself. While this isn't necessarily so much for me hosting as it is the suggestion I made a while back about going to D&B's for dinner and Tekken 7 because my b-day is right around the corner from that weekend. So just wanted to get some feedback.

I've given this a little thought....I guess it wouldn't hurt or kill me to try DFCI (not necessarily today). Anyone wanna buy me a (PS4) copy? More b-day gift ideas. :) Remember T7 credits will be on me.

That would be preffered.

Well if Carlos picks me up we can start at around 7. If not starting at 9 like usual will probably be the plan.

I think the next ranbat is planned for the 6th, but the date hasn't been finalized.

Didn't realize there has been some discussion about that after a couple months. Then again I'm not in the Line chat for good reasons. Unfortunately I cannot move the date seeing that is the only weekend that works for my aforementioned plans. It'll ultimately depend on what you guys would like to do. Rath is flexible when it comes to planning and I don't think he'd have trouble floating the date around for the ranbat. Then again it depends on everyone else's schedules as well. All I can ask at this point is to give it some thought.

There's a very good chance I will not be available this weekend because it's double XP weekend in BO3 starting tomorrow.  I have A LOT of XP to cash in to the point where I had to make a spreadsheet for everything that needs to be done. I suppose depending on how much progress I've made, I'll show. If not, then I'll see everyone on the weekend of Feb. 6th either at the next monthly or at D&B's for dinner and T7. Hopefully that all gets squared away sooner than later.

H-F, hit us up with your dinner plans for Saturday as there's no ranbat. I'm guessing that Ryd would come here and we would then pick Tempered up from work and stuff would happen? I dunno.

Dunno if you still have any interest anymore HF, but P4AU is apparently free on PS+ right now: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/explore/playstation-plus/.

Also, I'll be in town this weekend, but I think I'm probably doing family stuff (not sure yet), so don't worry about me for any plans. I might be free later, though.
