Okay, guys. We're going to have a lot to talk about after the ranbat round robin. Things on the agenda:

I will say right here that my interest in AX is waning terribly. For the main reason why, click here. Read that post and the one right after it. I plan on bitching about this, and if the staff there is so hardheaded they still won't allow sticks I don't know if I'll want to go at all. I might want to just save my money for Evo World so we can have a good room.

Oh, and about showing up today (past 12 AM already!)... I would like you all to start showing up at my apartment between 4 PM and 5 PM. At 5 PM, we'll decide on dinner.

i also talkked to the "main" guy for AX, yeah he doesn't seem to know much or care about it too much, but i guess in his position he is required to keep things simple and his liabilities low.

The only other solution i can think of is to rent a room on the floor and privately run a MBAC tournament with our own ps2s and sticks and tvs.

I'm guessing that will take a lot of money to do. Not good. What we could do, however, is coordinate hotel rooms and hold a tournament in both of them. Recruit people from the people playing MB casuals or something.

Results for the round robin are now listed on a new topic inside of Kohaku's Video Room if you're interested. Videos, too, of course!

Since the tourney ran late and not everyone could stay around to talk, we'll discuss traveling matters at the beginning of next week's meeting.

There's something new I'd like for you guys to do. PM me what you're doing on Fridays and, if available for the meeting, include in the message what time you'd like to arrive, if you'll want to eat out with the rest of us, etc. I think that will work out a lot better than all this last-hour planning we'd had from the start.

I recommend recording replays on ReACT. It was through watching my own replays vs. CPU that I noticed I only do two different blockstrings - both ending with either A-missiles (anti air) or B-missles (ground). I'm trying to break that habit and mix in other stuff... like whiff cancelling or something.

Funniest thing happened in Fry's on Tuesday. I went in to buy some garbage bags and a thing of cookies (they seemed to go together and the cookies were too tempting), and as soon as I walk in, Rick Astley starts blasting through the store (as in music, not literally exploding through out the store...... that was self explanatory.) It was amazing.

Don't forget to have more than one PS2 set up! Remind Jaxx to bring his. If we're gonna have 9 people over, let's have three people per PS2. Do you have blank DVDs, in case we have to burn another copy of Melty Blood? Either way, I'll bring my copy if I can find it

I can bring my ps2!

Although if you want to run MB on it, you may need a legit copy. It has much trouble reading burned games, but no problem with imports.
