Carlos, check out this weird ass FAkiha player.

Does this j.2C 236a airdash crossup j.C for oki.  Might be worth taking a look at.

EDIT: it's at about 15 or 16 minutes where he starts playing.

Thanks, but who are you???

I laughed at the announcer's disappointment when F-Ries lost to bullshit inescapable corner-AD bullshit.  It perfectly summarizes how I feel every time I land it.

It's j2C 236B jC.  I'll have to play with it to see if there's a way to not cross up, too; and whether crossup protection affects it.

Nice to see I'm not the only one getting fucked over by temp/fake half-second crossups and getting Momiji instead of the flame knots  :emo:

I saw him not crossup with it a couple times.  Not sure what he did differently though.  Might have been a spacing/time delay thing.  Maybe airdash late after 236b?  Seems legit to me at least =/

Also, yes this is Sam.

My car is OK but has a possibility of dying from unknown causes. Carlos's car is 8 years younger than mine, but gets 20 MPG compared to my car's 28 MPG (more around 30-32 the way I drive). Gas costs, music selection and comfort-ability being the primary factors for this decision, which vehicle should we take to AMDev?

Just to elaborate, the one caveat to me driving is that while I am behind the wheel, music selection is my call.  This is only negotiable to the point of if there's something else I want to listen to, I'll swap to that if you're tired with what's currently playing.  Might not sound like too bad of a thing, but I feel the need to throw out this warning since Will was starting to complain about listening to Nightwish and Yousei Teikoku 90% of the time (yes, that is an accurate percentage).  Other possible music options extend to Def Leppard, Iron Maiden, Guns 'n Roses, Bon Jovi, Trans Siberian Orchestra, INXS, Hatsune Miku, assorted anime/game/VN soundtracks, and other random shit.  If you don't like it, sleep, bring ear plugs, or your own ipod or something :l

That aside, I'm impartial to the matter of who ends up driving.  I don't mind long drives as long as I have music, and money isn't a real issue for me at the moment, so I'm ok with the higher price of my driving if everyone else is; but I'm also ok with Choco driving his car and sparing me the bullshit of California traffic.

Every car has a possibility of dying from unknown causes. Hell, you have a chance of dying from unknown causes.

People have been expecting my car to drop dead for about 30,000 miles now. -_-

Just my take on things, but comfort wasn't really an issue when Choco drove last time, though it was only Choco, HF, myself, and a spare setup.

Also possibly worth mentioning is that if I drive, there'll be another 90 or so miles tacked on to the overall trip in gas costs, since I'll have to drive to Tempe from where I live (near Tolleson/Avondale, something like 23 miles from MH) to pick everyone up, then head back west, and the have pretty much the same thing happen on the way back.  It'll only translate to something like another $3-4 a head, but that's also on top of however much extra it'll be if I drive.  Might not be that big of a deal, but I figure I should throw that out there.  You guys driving here and then shifting everything to my car isn't terribly appealing either unless you park near one of the vacant houses around here, since I don't want to have to deal with potential bitching about it from my dad when I get back (makes almost no sense, I know, but I don't understand him either).

So I picked up another PS2 so I can give Will's back this weekend; interesting predicament.  It loads F/UC just fine with Free McBoot, but not Melty.

Upon further inspection, it may be that it doesn't like some of the wear 'n tear the MB disc has suffered, though F/UC isn't in much better shape, and it reads it just fine.

Choco, if you're free sometime tomorrow after 5, it's probably better if I stop by then; have to wake up early tomorrow morning for work shit, and I'll be heading to Tempe tomorrow anyway.  Makes more sense this way.

I'm driving; the question is who is staying home and who is coming with me???

Holy fuck, I think we forgot to factor in H-F for planning purposes.

*checks room reservation list*

Yeah, I totally forgot H-F was coming back to AZ before Evo. Thankfully we still have room for you!

So the final list is as follows:

Dipstick
Choco
Tempered
H-F Blade
Ryd
Glide

Who goes where...  :mystery:. I need to get there first or you're going to be sad without a hotel room.

I kinda want to go with Carlos for comfort and overall better music, but if you can keep Dippy talking the trip feels like only 2 hours. decisions decisions.

Keep some space for Jaxx and dan in these plans. Jaxx wants to go, so it doesnt hurt to be sure, and I overheard something about Dan possibly having an oppourtunity to go.

Also id be up for some games Tuesday or Wednesday.
