Just a reminder for anyone who doesn't know, but I'll be running tourneys again at ACen this year. Initally BB was gonna be a main game, but I decided to drop that in favor of MBAA, because I honestly feel the game deserves the fucking hype.

Hopefully some of you cats can make it out. I'm working on something big for the prize for MBAA, so it'll be worth your while.

Also, I'll see you in Grand Finals at ACen, Dan. =P

dreamtr is pretty open to running games at mwc so maybe we'll see it there too

but his cover charge is expensive as hell

Regardless, Melty Blood AA has been at every Chicago and Milwaukee area 2d multi game tournament since the game has come out

So pretty much ACEN is just another tournament, but a few people from this site will be there

I have no idea how I could get there.

I'll start researching now. See if there's any way I can swing it.

It'll be difficult in general to play with you guys, since you're that far, but you know for occasional big things I can show.

Also I want to play against Meta again.

I'll be at the ACen tourney for sure. Been playing a good amount recently too, and I'll have my stick or something, so maybe I'll actually, you know, do well!

This new tourney setup sounds pretty elaborate though, I'm a little surprised.

We figured having a separate room for tourneys would be a good idea this year, as well as greatly reducing the number of tourneys to focus on running things more efficiently.

I'm mega-hyped for this year. Hopefully, we get really big numbers for MBAA. That would be awesome.

I think everyone will be pleased with how things go this year. =3

we actually have a venue for tournaments in milwaukee but it's weird.. it's a bar. it's a nice venue and I'd like to pick up MBAA but the thing is I'm not sure people would go or not. It is for 18+ only.

M.A.S Tournament this weekend!!!

Date: July 3rd (Saturday)

Where: J. Jireh's Coffee House/Gifts - 1704 7th Street Winthrop Harbor, IL 60096 (No outside food. Strong Menu of delicious eats ^_^. Free Parking in our parking lot to the east of the venue)

Venue Fee: $10 (Can be WAIVED COMPLETELY, if you bring a full setup for the tournament game/s you are playing and we use it FOR THE TOURNAMENT. A full setup consist of T.V, Console, Game w/characters unlocked)

Games and entry fee and start time and rules:

(all tournies that is NOT smash have 70/20/10 payout. if it's round robin, payout is 80/20)

Tekken 6 - $10 - 6pm - have fun...don't drop combos

Super Street Fighter 4 - $10 - 2pm - have fun...eventhough it's ssf4 :p

Melty Blood Actress Again - $5 - 2pm - have fun...2As n overheads

Smash games - ranges - see link below - watch other people have fun...lol smash
