Yar. Mission accomplished! We've got it working with 0 lag! Very cool stuff.     

(My bf had to do it for me cause im nüb). 

We've also got a nifty lil' device that will allow us to switch which TV we're recording from if there are multiple TVs where ever we go. (Note: It can only record from one at a time though.. duh.)
