Lain: I may have to bump that to Sunday as some Boston VF players want to session Saturday night. -_-

Nas: The upgrade from B1 to B2 is free and the distributer should be able to send them the disc, even if it's separately from the normal board. If that is an issue for whatever reason, then I'll talk to Andy about it next time I see him (but he's been sick as all hell recently).

Awesome meetup, Lain.

I've discovered Dippy's #1 weakness: random arc drives.
Running H-Kohaku, and I don't want to stop.

GET YOUR TREES DOWN!

But yeah, the get-together was a lot more fun than I thought it would be. If I could get more people to come next time, so much the better. I'll also try to make the next one more extended since I had to boot dippy and K out early. If anyone wants to come over and needs a place to crash for the night, I can probably fit one or two peeps in the living room. I definitely want to hype up Boston so anyone in the general area who needs some competition, give me a PM with your schedule available so I can plan accordingly.

And Dippy loves walking into those arc drives. Sion anti-air bullet FTW.

lol I can play when I'm home for break, I'm 20 min north of Boston in Beverly. I can walk to the commuter in 3 minutes though. If you have parking i'll drive haha, but i won't be back till the 17th of November. And yea dippy walks into Sacchin's arc drive too much too haha. KDJ lives near boston too in Newton... His school not that far off either. IM me on aim if you want his contact. I'm probably hopping onto the SSBB wagon on dec 3rd though =x.

Wow, who would've thought we actually had people in the area?
And yeah, there's parking at Lain's. Not too far of a walk from the South St. stop either. It's as if his place was designed for ease of access.

The next big Long Island event: Long Island, NY - 10/06/07: Castle Fight Night #4

Every event has been 40 people average. Tons of superb players in all games. Hope to see even more make the trip.

If you want to travel to NJ we might be able to do something.  I'm not the best of teachers though...

NH should be listed in this region too. I might be able to make a trip to Boston every now and then, if anyone decides to host/run anything.
Main: V.Akiha
Alts: Aoko, Red Arcueid, Wallachia

The worst player on the least coast.

With MB:AA coming up, I'd like to try to get back in the groove of things. Since there seems to be some people around Boston (or close to Boston), I'd like to have a MBAC gathering at my place in Brighton. I don't really know when or what time, but for anyone whose interested in coming, PM with your schedule and I'm sure I can come up with something.

UP kinda sorta showed their love for the game today, with freeplay and everything. MrPinoy, Lord Knight, Nas, Kayin, all came out for some games today and showed that the game isn't all about mash 2A, being right next to mvc2 really helps with people seeing the game in action and becoming interested.

Good games everyone, hoping for some more matches in the future with everyone

I wish the match where Nas broke my 11-win streak was recorded, that shit was fucking EPIC.
