General Nanaya Meaty Timings After Airthrows

This should be universal for all of Nanaya's moons, but I will test in further detail later, as this list only currently applies to C-Nanaya. Basically, this is a list of what you can do after a well timed aircombo and airthrow versus certain characters, with both only one JBC and two JBC's for an aircombo listed. Obviously 1 JBC gives more meaty than 2, and obviously just letting them land after a 623C would give meaty regardless of the character.

This list assumes you don't Double Super Jump and don't Airdash after your aircombo. Both of these absolutely KILL the amount of meaty you get, so don't do it in MBAA!

Nanaya's Meaty Approximations [list currently disregards land 2B meaties, will be updated]

Off a Single JBC in the corner

No real options at all, turns into a Yomi game = Ryougi

No Meaty, but Anti Mash [On Point Dash 2A] = Miyako

No Meaty, but Anti-Mash [Decent Dash 2A] = Ciel, Sion, V.Sion, Roa, Mech, Kohaku, Hisui

Meaty [If done really low with a On Point dash 2A] = Tohno, Nanaya, Warakia, W.Len[Hardest to Time]

Meaty [Decently Timed Dash 2A] = Warc, Len

Pure, Delicious Meaty [Free Dash 2A] = Aoko, Nero

Ridiculously Delicious Meaty [Decently Timed Dash 5B] = Kouma

Stupidly Good Meaty [Easily Timed FUCKING 2C, no dash] = Riesbyfe


Off a Double JBC Airthrow in the corner

No Meaty, but Anti-Mash [On Point Dash 2A] = Vermillion, Akiha, Seifuku, Arc

No Meaty, but Anti-Mash [Decently Timed Dash 2A] = Tohno, Nanaya, Warakia, Satsuki, W.Len[Hardest to Time]

No Mety, but Anti-Mash [Easily Timed 2A] = Warc

Pure, Delcious Meaty [On point dash 2A] = Aoko , Nero, Len [Hardest to Time]

I'm so glad they brought back 2b 5c meaties for AACC, playing yomi games with people after corner knockdowns sucks, it's half the reason I like Tohno more in AA.

Off no 5BB, but I can conduct tests on that later. It probably kills the 'tier' rankings by about 3 ranks I'd say though, even with a 5BB 22C cancel. 5BB seriously sends the opponent up high and I personally only recommend going for 5BB is you want pure damage instead of meaty.

And the list may not be applicable to all of Nanaya's moons because H's 2a is slower and has a smaller hitbox than C's, while F's 2a and 2c are different as well.

2B is applicable every where Nanaya can use 2A for the Single Jump BC, and is applicable, if timed very well, for almost the entire cast off a double JBC. However if you messed up the height for the double even a little bit or are late with the 2B a slight bit, the opponent will jump away free. So, in this case, dash in 2A covers that because it will catch their jumpout because of the great hitbox; 2A 5B is a great OS against this.

As for H-Nanaya not working, his Double JBC can be done far lower than C-Nanaya's because of his JB being single hit, and his 2B will catch all mashing, and most jumpouts. I have to test this, but I'm pretty sure it will be close to similar, as H-Nanaya doesn't really focus around his meaty game after an aircombo in the corner, and ontop of that he usually forces knockdown with his 214x series. As for F-Nanaya, the only time you don't get pure meaty with him is when you're going for the extended 623B combo, in which you're sacrificing oki for damage, which is a fine choice.

Agreed. His meaty game in the corner is really iffy as is in most situations, and against some of the cast their hitboxes don't even allow 5C to connect after a 2B after a double JBC, even if the 2B was meaty as fuck. That's just obnoxious, and is 90% of the reason why I go for single JBC's so much now.
