Shoutouts to cramped smelly rooms, lack of setups, crazy rage that makes some players not fun to play against once they reach that point, stream monsters shitting on chealsy, America getting bodied by jp for almost-free, unhype garu vs lk finals with more dropped combos than hooker call cards on the vegas sidewalk, LK ps2 setup whoring like a piece of shit (seriously he was doing fucking TRAINING MODE COMBOS with chealsy while other people wanted to play), 100 different excuses for getting to cut in front of rotation (I'M GONNA LEAVE SOON, I HAVEN'T PLAYED HIM TODAY, I HAVE NO COMPETITION AT HOME), shitty food that costs 10x more than it's worth, vegas being a piece of shit city dressed up real pretty

Evo was so much fun. Pfhor, Rayza, LK, Zar, it was great meeting you. Props to Pfhor for talking me down from rage after getting wakeup thrown. Rayza, you are a man of taste and refinement. Talking TV and books, too fun! LK, too bad we didn't get to play more. You're one of the few players my stupid shit doesn't work on. Zar, was fun playing you in casuals on saturday. You're FCiel is a joy to watch and play.

Kusanagi provided some hype moments though, even though ultimately he placed third and the final was just vicious.

I had a buddy of mine (ViceVirtuoso) go; I'll have to ask how he did since obviously I know he's not top 8. I would've went, but A) no money and B) I would've stunk the joint up really badly probably.

Was totally entertained by the streams though, of both the event and the money matches. One of you recorded those money matches... RIGHT?!

I had a blast, I learned a lot, and I proved that I wasn't always completely free. This was probably the most fun I've had in years. I've never felt that much hype before. Thank you all for the advice, games, and encouragement. Seriously, I've gotten way better over the course of the weekend.

I'm pretty sure that Kusanagi is my new hero; I'm all hype to try H-Aoko and C-Roa now. I'm not sure how long I'd stick with it, though.

I'm amazed that i actually got top 8, and with Hisui of all characters!  Nerves got to me when I played up on the big stage, dropping combos left and right. I just wish i represented her alot better up on stage, but personally i think i did good.
