The planned NorCal v SoCal 5v5 exhibition did not happen.  Or more than, like, one MM on the stream.  We ran out of time.  I'm just gonna blame it on BB cause that game takes too long. -.-

It was a good tourney.  Thanks everyone for coming.  Especially those from out of region.  There's a lot of talk about future NCIs right now: what form they'll take and how often they'll be.  So stay tuned for announcements.  Hopefully we can have more events like this one.

cant help but think that things woulve been soooooo much better had the top 8 didnt have to wait like 5-6 hours to play. niggas fallin asleep left and right.

I just want to make the point that playing another character would establish actual fundamentals you aren't getting with NAC.

Actually on second thought, nevermind.  I got sufficiently bored of this line of thinking after the March NCI.  If they don't want me playing NAC then the tourney organizers can ban the character, simple as that.  Any image they convey to people regarding the community by taking that route is on their own shoulders.

For the sake of getting this thread back on track, GGs all.  Maybe I'll be able to come down again in early 2011.

GG all.  It was fun trying to troll people with 2A -> walk up -> 2A -> walkup etc.  Although it seems like I need to actually play the game a lot more outside of tourney in order to troll more effectively  :psyduck:

And, why bother learning "actual fundamentals" when you can actually win instead?  :mystery:
