The schedules are out and the Console Gaming room has Melty Blood tentatively set from 6:30pm till the End, whatever time that is.

I wouldn't really bother trying to argue with them because from my experience they're very uncompromising and have a bad track record with tournaments in general. I'm glad the Guilty Gear tournament is not being handled by them because we're allowed to use our own equipment. If only MB had a stateside publisher.

yeah i know who it is, i kinda know the guy. played poker with him a long while ago.

but its mostly a liability issue, cuz a few years back a couple sticks were stolen from the console room, so now you dont use any of your own equipment and AX staff provides all of it.

time to learn pad... i'll give myself the same amount of training time i did last year: 1 day.

Nope, Arcade and AX are separate events. The gaming room is in the Hilton Hotel(I think thats the name, right next to the convention center).

technically the arcade is part of AX and essentially you would need a badge to get in

previous years have proved this theory wrong with nobody checking badges and everyone was in and out.

This year might be different though since everything is going to be inside the LACC

It would be really foolish to drive all the way over there only to find out that the attendants are being Nazis and thus force you to wait in that 4-5 hour line for a badge just to enter the arcade. I dunno what else to say about that other than be careful.
