I want to order it tomorrow yeah, Chibi if you don't get me something by tomorrow we're shacking up a small ass single from one of the links that Fox posted (even the cheap ones are like 150, which is more than a large room at the Sheraton).   I actually found a decent deal.

The next day we can all hang out in NYC if anyone wants to.  Since I'll be in JP until 2012 I want to check out some stuff before I go.  Including that super secret anime fig store.

The address is: 27 West 11th Street New York, NY, 10011 As most hotels I would expect you need to be out sometime between 12 and 1pm the next day, so make your own transportation arrangements (to and from the hotel, it's about a 25 minute walk from the gazebo) .  I may be exploring NYC a little bit as I haven't been there in a while.  I definitely want to see the new Next Level arcade.  Anyone is free to join me on that as well, Sunday.  

I will have my setup with me for the night after BBG, so expect money matches and at least one special event to be had depending on how many people there are.

Like I said, that's how many people are interested.  My experience in getting hotel rooms at the sheraton for BigE's events tells me I'd be lucky if half the people who want to stay actually stay.  

Overall I'd say there's comfortable room for 12 people, from the floor plan I saw.  Also Zero and Kamina are used to sleeping in closets/under tables.

someone please get our best media experts on this. I can bring an additional cap device if necessary. Ppl who own gdlk laptops (and the proper combination of recording software) should consider bringing it along. Im sure everyone would like to see their blowup in casuals/tourney to review and learn from later.

Also, if anyone has camcorder and would like to document stuff/shenanigans/stories/lolmoments that would be cool too.

Last, imma try to see if i can have a 'special production' done for the top8 (or 4) finalists with the footage collected. No promises though =p.

kirah also has ezcap device - problem is that anyone bringing a laptop for recording would most likely need the drivers pre-installed. Plz consider putting in the work or finding alternatives so that we can record from multiple stations =D

Yeah, I'll have my mic/mix and Ehrik will have his laptop.  We definitely need a backup though.

In my experience it's usually Singles and a "special event" if we have time.  Last time we did a 19v17 (it was supposed to be 18v18 but we can't count)
